Went in and had them track down a gremlin in the machine, figured it out got it taken care of... Definitely will return if need be... 12/30 Recently went in to have bad plugs replaced and another gremlin track down which turned out to be a spark plug wire grounding out against the motor easy find, easy fix, very reasonable and Layla is running like a champ!!! It's also been a minute since I had the radiator flushed so I took it in wham bam thank you ma'am the machine is fine tuned at this point!! I usually do what I can mechanically on, Layla, within my capability and available tools which happens to be quite a lot but I can't do everything... With these guys you CANNOT go wrong!!!

I was calling for a quote to get serviced on my car, I knew exactly what part and the labor needs to be done. I called no less than 10 auto shops quoting me around $200-$300 for service. DH automotive quoted me over $500+ for parts and labor after a few phone calls back and forth. What a rip off.. Everyone please stay away.

There is a guy there that when I always call he always tells me that he's going to call back and he never does. He seems to be lying all the time. I called a couple of ago weeks for a quote and he said he was going to call back and he never did. I also call today and he did the same thing, he just never got back to me. I've called for several jobs hoping he just forgot but it's just the way he is or something.

🚨 SCAM! 🚨 took my car for fuel pump replacement and also ask him to replace timing chain job on my Porsche Cayenne but he end up show me with a Huyndai/ Kai parts and “ he said, I did replace them” and charge me on the repair bill . He did me dirty ! I mean The guy is nice, but be careful , you might be the next one to get him rip off !

This place scammed me. They do terrible business. I took my car in to get valve gaskets replaced. It came out with the engine shaking hard. I take very good care of my car and keep it maintained because I love it. I don't know what he did but he tried to blame it on several things other than himself conning me to go back in there for him to continuously "fix" things and keep charging me. On top of creating "problems" he traded out my valve cover and replaced them, why I don't know. I've looked under my hood a million times in the past five years I've had it, I know different valve covers when I see them David. I'm going to report them to whoever I can like the better business bureau.

Scam!!! I took my car in and he said he'd order the part and to go back on a Wednesday. I told him to call me if the part didn't arrive on time but he didn't call. I drove all the way from Renton for him to lie about the part being stuck in New York because of bad weather.. I drive a 2005 Camry, parts are readily available all around Washington. I went back again and he said he fixed the issue and took my money but didn't do anything to the car, I went back a 4th time and the guys at the shop refused to look at my car. 4 times for the same issue and no resolution. I ended up going elsewhere and spending more money for something he took my money for. I asked for a refund and so far he has ignored me and refused to give me a refund.. I've gone here so many times and he says my car is okay and safe to drive but a second and 3rd opinion have all said otherwise.so inneficient and unprofessional. The worst scammer!!!

I took my BMW in for an alignment, and the mechanic (David) did a poor job. Instead of fixing the alignment, he told me my suspension was uneven and needed to be replaced. This turned out to be untrue—another mechanic checked it and confirmed everything was fine. This isn’t the first time I’ve had issues here. I previously brought my Audi S4 for a coolant problem, and they kept making me spend money without ever fixing the issue. It feels like the same scam every time. With the BMW, he told me to fix the suspension so he could align it properly. After I did that, he asked for even more money and refused to redo the alignment like he promised. When I questioned him, he simply said, “It’s business.” It’s not just me—David has scammed other customers as well. If you check the reviews, you’ll see the same pattern over and over. After doing all this, he’s now pretending he doesn’t know anything about it and replying with excuses that don’t make any sense. Very bad customer service and very dishonest.
