I had very bad experience with IDEAL auto Repair taking almost 2 month this this person John, he never gave me an ETA even now the car is not completed repaired, its tail light is still broken and I’m not sure when that will get repaired, I will never recommend IDEAL auto Repair to anyone.

I would recommend this auto shop 1000%. They worked on my 2015 Ford transit van and left it running like new I dealt with Carlos which by the way has excellent people skills too, I can’t remember the other two guys names ( also had good people skills) and they took the time to explain every single detail that was wrong with my van and answer all my questions.

Update to last survey. The repair to ignition, door key, and damaged dash was complete, and good as new. The linkage between the column shifter and transmission was taken care of. I am confident in the work done! The bumper damage was repaired with above and beyond detail! Paint match is excellent! Dropped off the truck one day and picked up the next. Was happily surprised It was completed so quick! This shop is outstanding! I would recommend it to anyone!!

Just picked up my Jeep from IDEAL--had some minor scratching/dents from attempted theft. Overall, the reviews they get are legit. They told me they would get it back in a week and wonder of wonders-they called me six days after I dropped it off to let me know it was done! Haydar went above and beyond--very good and professional on the business end. He noticed and took care of some overspray that I hadn't noticed.Even detailed the inside of the car for us before we picked it up. Would definitely return and recommend!
