Took my truck to Bucky’s in Auburn and I truly am very pleased with the service that I received. First, Shane is awesome. Treats one with respect and actually listens. He and his crew notified me throughout the time my truck was there. They shared their findings and reported prior to doing anything. I didn’t have to call and inquire about my truck, they kept me notified of all services required. I most definitely recommend this branch, they work and perform in every aspect as professionals.

I had a great experience at Buckey’s Complete Auto Repair! I came in with a new battery I had already purchased, and they were kind enough to install it for me without charging anything. Scott at Bucky's Auburn is awesome! He's super friendly and great to talk to. In addition, the exhaust job took 5 hours, but he only charged me for 2! I'm a student and just got my driver's license. I'm about to buy my first car, and I met with the owner to check it out. The owner told me the car was in good condition, had a clean title, and no problems. But since I don’t know much about cars, I took it to the mechanic. First time I went to Kent Bucky's Auto Repair, It’s a 2011 Toyota corolla with 125000 miles, I thought everything is okay, because owner said no mechanic issues, clean title, then the mechanics found several issues the seller didn’t mention: oil pan gasket leak, transmission pan gasket leak, front axle issue, and blown front struts…… Fortunately I didn’t buy the car, otherwise I would need to spend more money than the car price to fix it. Same situation the second time I went to the Auburn Bucky's Auto Repair, they helped me out again. Slight pulsation in front brakes, Front tires mismatched, Missing bottom engine cover, Front core support issue…… I’m lucky they help me find out all the issues. I really appreciate their honesty and advice. As someone with a limited budget, I’m trying to be as careful as possible and make sure the car I buy will last if I take good care of it. I just want to say thank you to Bucky’s for helping me out—I truly appreciate the support!

The store manager was very helpful in explaining the oil-change reasoning as far as mileage timing between services, why changing it out is better than merely adding a quart when it was both low and also very dark in color. Shane and the crew were beyond amazing. Words can't describe talk about how hard they worked on My Truck. I went to so many different Bucky's and i was having really rough experiences. But as soon as I brought My Truck to him, he said he will figure out what the problem and that's his word. And he beyond kept his word. For the first time since having issues with my car i have not had any problems or complaints. If i could I would give this guy 10 star. He's honest and price reasonable. A all around good guy. He definitely deserves a raise and acknowledgement. Words can't even express how grateful I am.

I came in to get my brake pads replaced and an oil change on my Yukon XL. I found out that all 4 tires needed new brake pads and rotors. Since I brought the front pads, they were willing to work with me on the price. They installed the front brake pads I brought, performed an oil change, and only charged me for the back brake pads + rotors + caliper service + labor. I’m so grateful for them! It all done within two and a half hours! Thank you!

These guys actually saved my life. I had gotten work done at Les Schwab (brakes, rotors, sway bar, shocks, struts) and a week later I went to Bucky's for an oil change. Shane told me my brakes were at 2mm in the front and my rotors could use some work. That's weird. They pulled the tire off and showed me my brakes and we also found my CV axel was broken. None of which was quoted to me at Les Schwab, and they tried to deny that it was true until I watched the manager at Les Schwab take my tires off and inspect. Thank you, Bucky's! I'll be going to you guys first from now on.

I had a great experience with Shane and the team at Bucky’s in Auburn. Shane was a helpful from the moment we spoke on the phone, and the whole team has gone above and beyond to help me diagnose and resolve the exhaust issues on the food truck I recently purchased. What stood out to me is that several places I contacted beforehand said they could not help, but Bucky’s took the time to look into it and work toward a solution. Excellent service and very affordable prices. Diagnosed a hole in my cooling system and replaced the broken part quickly and at an affordable price. Editing this a few days later: My car made precisely one round trip to work before it started burning coolant again. Furthermore, the man I spoke with tried to charge me $50 over what they quoted me, and when I talked him down to the original quote, he insisted on a 5 star review, hence my original statement. In my gratefulness for not completely bankrupting me, I made a rushed and improper judgement. What had me really upset was that when I found the source of the leak, it was a bloated, delaminated hose that connected to the coolant flange that they replaced. It was a $15 part that would’ve taken maybe 5 minutes to replace and which is very obvious if you are looking at the coolant flange that they did replace (charging me $80 for a part that costs $40 online). Instead of taking the 5 extra minutes and charging me accordingly, they left it as is, obviously bloated and cracked. I had to fix it, and was out the extra $15 and 2 hours of my time because they couldn’t be bothered to do their job properly. Pictured below is the hose I installed on the car (top) and the one that they left on, again, clearly delaminating (bottom). I did more research on my own, and regrettably, this was an issue I could’ve fixed easily myself, and at a much lower price.
