Recently replaced a tire here like I normally do. Had to come back three days later when I woke up and found it flat. When I came back with the faulty tire that already showed signs of not being good. I was charged another fee for their services for the faulty tire. Not the Martin tires it use to be. Smh

I purchase new tire from this guys and they say the tires will have warranty. The first one blow out after 2000mile and i have to go to Les schwab for replace.... because no warranty. The second one after 20000 mile and this time damage my truck, they say the same mo warranty. They are just lie after lie. Keep in minde fox before you buy something. Have a nice day.

I took a vehicle to Martin's for a pre-purchase inspection. They were pleasant on the phone and were willing to let me come by the same day I called them. While at the shop, they did a very quick inspection and didn't have any kind of form or checklist that they followed. It didn't seem to me that they did a very thorough job. After the inspection, the guy told me that I was buying a quality vehicle and the only thing wrong with it was the front/rear brakes needed new pads and rotors. The next day, I decided to get a second opinion and took it to a different shop. Within 15 mins, this shop found massive rust problems, a rats nest in the engine compartment, lots of old/cleared engine codes, large-scale battery corrosion, and more. I told them to discontinue the rest of the inspection since I obviously wasn't going to buy it in that condition and it's a good thing I got a second opinion! When I went back to Martin's and told them about this, they were very defensive and argumentative. I told them that if they would simply give me a refund I wouldn't write a bad review. They flatly refused to do this and the most they agreed to do was a 50% refund. So do yourself a favor and avoid working with this shop!

Real Bad customer service wish i could do 0stars. The guys are rude i don’t know how they have almost 5 stars in ratings. Prices are way to expensive i have a small car i’ve never had to pay as much as they were charging me if they would’ve been a bit nicer maybe i wouldn’t of have minded paying. Just horrible experience overall never coming back here again REALLY DON’T recommend! you can tell some of the dudes here really hate there job & let it out on the customer, it’s one of those places.
