Great service when we went in for an oil change. The prepaid 3-pack saves you money. They even washed and vacuumed the car and gave us a coupon for another free car wash.

Don’t take your car here they have no clue what they are doing and the service advisor Bailey was very unprofessional I had to beg her for updates on my car and I could tell she was aggravated having to help anybody and she clearly did not care about my situation with the Attitude she gave me on every interaction I had with her. I will never return to this dealership and stay far far away. I’m having shaking problems with my car and they did $1700 worth of work and it was worse than when I brought it to them It was shaking so bad when I picked it up I barely got it home. They will take you for all the money you’ve got and never even fix your car. Worst experience at a dealership ever!

Took my car for the 10k inspection and worked with Jaden. Service again was excellent. I dropped my car off and within an hour the car was ready to be picked up. Jaden sent me a video and called me to let me know the car was ready. Highly recommend the service team.

The service from Matt gets 5 stars. Sales staff and mgmt could care less once they have you sign a lease. It has been over a year with no fix for screen issues. This is not a fully functioning car. At times I am unable to navigate climate control as screen issues not visible.

Great service. Faster than our experiences in the DMV area. Wish they had more loaner cars for those of us with urgent, unplanned repair matters.

Jace was so helpful getting me turned around with a special order tire for my ID.buzz. I had major damage on my tire and she was able to locate a new tire, have it shipped, delivered, and installed in less than half a day. Greatly appreciate her support!

I had the iD4 door locks replaced due to a recall and the steering wheel replaced because of surface peeling. They started working on my car Tuesday morning and it was ready to be picked up Wednesday morning. Everything was perfect. Check-in and check-out was quick and easy and if I have any future service needs, Bud Clary Auburn Volkswagon will be my first choice.

Just got an oil change and tire rotation for my VW Atlas. Customer service from checking in, waiting for my car onsite, and receiving my car was on point. Derek was very nice and informative. The video they sent me and written summary of the inspection was thorough. After the service, I decided on the Bud Clary 3-oil changes package. More than a year ago, I was so close to taking my business elsewhere due to bad experience with the Bud Clary VW service department. I’m glad I gave them a second chance.

10/10 customer service. Everyone was incredibly pleasant and honest about the process. As a car enthusiast and someone who knows enough of the mechanical basics of a car, it was a relief to see that no one tried to upsell me on unnecessary services and finished my service ahead of time! Definitely recommended if you need to use dealership auto services.

I took my 2018 Passat with 71k miles in for an oil change and to address an issue with the driver seatbelt not buckling properly. I was frustrated to learn that diagnosing the issue would require a $200 fee. After the inspection, I was sent a link to authorize a nearly $600 repair to replace the seatbelt buckle. The link included a 14-second video, which would have been a great opportunity to explain the findings of the $200 diagnostic service I had just paid for—but it made no mention of the seatbelt issue. It only noted that the oil change was complete and that my brakes and suspension looked good. I received no call or direct communication to discuss the diagnostic results, so I had to call them myself to ask clarifying questions. That's when I found out that the part would take four days to arrive—something that was not disclosed in the repair authorization request. I told them I would discuss it with my husband and call back with a decision. However, for the rest of the afternoon, I was unable to reach anyone. I started calling around noon, about once an hour, and each call went to voicemail. I left messages during the first two calls but never received a callback. After five attempts, I realized I would have to go to the dealership in person just to speak with someone. At that point, we decided to bring the car home and take it to an independent shop instead. When I went to pick up the car and pay for the diagnostic and oil change, the total was $150 more than expected. It turned out they had mistakenly double-charged us for shop fees, which they did correct when I pointed it out. Overall, I was frustrated by the poor communication, the high cost despite being the least helpful option, and the fact that a nearly $800 repair was needed for a simple but critical safety issue just under a year outside of the factory warranty. We won’t be returning if we can avoid it.

Needed a Major repair on the vehicle. Derek kept me informed on the repairs and what my warranty was going to cover. Was told the technician came in on weekend to get my vehicle fixed early. Very happy with my experience.

Very poor. We were getting a realignment service and unbeknownst to me he verbally declined a $100 cabin filter replacement….twice. We arrived at closing with our kids due to traffic delays. Jace was rushing us because we they were closing. We were trying to get a key replaced at the same time but that’s with the parts department for $300 key replacement. They snuck in the $100 air filter along both the $600 service. In a rush I signed for everything. Long story short they refused to take off the cost of the filter. Argued with my husband, implied we wouldn’t pay… list goes on. Was going to buy the ID Buzz but no more. All over a $100 air filter. Poor customer service. We emailed the service manger… no follow up, no response. Avoid at all cost.

Everything I could hope for happens when I get my vehicle serviced: a quickly scheduled appointment, transparent estimate of cost, video update of inspection, and completion of work before estimated time. As I was leaving they even noticed an annoying issue with my FOB and quickly fixed it.

We blew out a tire on our 2025 ID Buzz and had it towed to Bud Clary on. Saturday night. As soon as the service department opened on Monday morning, Matt helped us get a tire delivered from Tacoma and changed to keep us moving on our road trip. He was great to deal with and I would recommend Bud Clary to anyone in need.

Bailey, our service advisor was very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. She communicated well, and responded quickly to a last minute service request we made. The price for service was reasonable. Recommended.

I’ve always had very polite people and explain what needs to be done to my vehicle. I’m a little sad that after spending over 5 hundred dollars that my window washer fluid light came on my dash the same day after I left. I thought all fluids are supposed to be topped off . Also the gal at the counter ran out side no more than 30 seconds to snap on my rear wiper blade and charged me 20 dollars for labor. At 65 I could have just done it myself. I will always go back to the shop because I trust them. But please next time cut us old folks a break. Thanks for your service.

My experience was amazing. I have Zurich warranty and the process was very smooth. They inspected my car, found the problem and was done in a short time. They did an inspection overall and did found that the last shop didnt put the clamp on air intake so that was nice. Now car runs beautiful.

Took my daughters ID4 here to do routine service and some voluntary recall items. Personable and knoweledgable staff. Kept to original time estimate for work. A little pricy compared to independent repair shops but fairly inline with dealership pricing. Would feel comfortable bringing my vehicle here

Hands down the best dealership experience i received. Jace was courtesy, professional and answered all my questions and made the whole experience great. The service on the vehicle was done same day and Jace determined that alot was covered by warranty. I was kept updated and even the person who took my payment, Jadan was very friendly and helpful as well. I go to alot of dealership since i deal with the fleet vehicle at the company i work for and was dreading to go to a dealership for maintenance, BUT this experience jist prove to me that there are dealerahips that actually want the customer to comeback. Thank you again for the great service!

Poor service experience. Took my car in for an oil change and suction jet pump replacement. The pump was incorrectly installed leading to several gallons of gasoline pouring out of the car during refueling. Bud did tow the car back to the shop and installed the pump correctly. No willingness from management to rectify the inconvenience and, in my opinion, hazardous condition created. Still paid ~$200 for the oil change. Would not recommend.
