They know their way around a BMW like no one else and very friendly people too. Small shop, doesn't look like much but I have been told that's what gives me the savings in the end due to less business expense on their part. I was gonna give them 4 stars due to no waiting area but I was very impressed when he was able to upload some custom settings on my BMW 328xi at no charge

Horrible experience from the start made an appointment week before for 9am saturday when i got their the shop was still close and no one way picked up my phones calls . I left my key in a key drop off box and texted them. They text me back say the mechanic had an issue and so he didn’t come on time. My my vehicle there since 9am i pass by at 12pm and mechanic was still closed i simply called luckily they answered otherwise I will pick up my key and Not get my car serviced.technician to and seem to care Emily said to come get your key . These people aren’t reliable and expensive would not recommend

I've been recommended here by a couple of friends. When I first stopped by I was skeptical, it was a very small shop and didn't look very professional and that's why I gave it the 4 stars instead of the 5 stars. Because the price and the repairs I got done was worth 6 stars compared to the experience I had over the years at other mechanics and the dealer. You are gonna have to drop your car off because he has only one lift and no waiting area but if you are like me and you just want your car fixed right and don't care about the luxury accommodations, this is is the place for you. If you want starbucks coffee and forbes magazines while you wait you can go to the stealership and pay 180 dollars an hour.

Came here for the first time once my BMW was out of warranty. Very very happy and relieved that I was not charged ridiculous prices and them having the latest BMW dealer computer and which Bruce had worked at the one in Tenafly. Bruce and Wyatt are now my go to guys. Thank goodness for people who know german cars!!! Will spread the word!

Serviced my 2013 BMW X5 Xdrive 35i for replacement of rear air springs, front thrust arms and replacement of expansion tank due to leakage. Very good mechanic and have lots of knowledge about the vehicle since he only works on BMW and Mercedes vehicles. Know exactly what the problem is in the vehicle. Brought my BMW here for some maintenance and they actually spotted an issue they previously fixed. I hadn’t even noticed it but they covered it under warranty 2 years after it wasn’t originally fixed. I wouldn’t expect them to mention it or repair under warranty. Needless to say it impressed me given the reputation mechanics have. I recommend this place to my friends and family, too bad they only work on Bmw and Mercedes.

If you're looking for a reliable mechanic that won't screw you over this is the shop you are looking for, Wyatt is an extremely knowledgeable mechanic that always figures out the problem with my car and does a fantastic job repairing it. I have been using this shop for two of my families Mercedeses for a few years now. They do a great job at a great price for what these cars cost to maintain. Not the cheapest place but I learned the hard way that cheaper doesn’t always mean better. I recommend them for all Mercedes repairs.

The guys at the shop were easy to work with and very knowledgeable on the repairs that were needed. I had the crankcase ventilator valve issue that many Mercedes owners dread and they were able to complete the repairs fast and at a fair price compared to what the dealership would have charged. Will be coming back to this shop in the future for my repairs.

I'm not one to do reviews but I will be the first to tell you that I was in such a bad place with my new that I purchased a few months ago. Rather than go to the dealer, I decided to come here after a friend recommended it. I felt completely taken care of and comfortable with the process. People will always tell you that women should not go to mechanics by themselves, but I am so glad I took a chance and went there. I had all my questions answered and I felt even more confirmed in my decision when I explained what my experience was to my husband. I'm grateful and I will be returning for regular maintenance.

Was in desperate need of an experienced mechanic to fix my BMW X1. Did a random search and thank god for reviews. I went to Bruce on Friday and he immediately started working on my car. Sent pictures of everything wrong with it and told me the price altogether. He didn’t scam me or overcharge me or anything being that I’m a young woman. He had my car fixed in 2 days max and my car is driving like new. Dagistanli has a customer for as long as I have this BMW (lol). They know what they’re doing over there. Was gifted by my in-laws 09 Mercedes 350. Took it to the shop down the block from my job for issues that arisen multiple times. Let me start by saying that they guys are the real deal. These aren’t your “let me over-charge these customers” establishment. They are very honest and detail oriented with your problems from your car. They work fast and efficient. VERY Expensive, i called asked for price of axle job and he wanted 1230$ for parts which is 2 axle and i called parts store and in Paterson and i bought 2 axle for 181$ and got theme installed for 300$ and Shop dagistanli asked me 640$ extra to insatall it, shame , 1870$ he wanted to charhe and i got it done somewhere else for 480$

I had nothing but good experiences with the people working here, he knows his stuff. I took my BMW 04 325xi E46 for him to work on. And so far it's been a good job i have nothing to complain about. The mechanic listened to all the issues (a lot) i had in the car, ex: my disa valve broke he changed it and it had a failure again, because is under the warranty he replacing it. Also he helped me deciding what need to be done and more necessarily and giving me an estimate. For the people complaining about time and money, they probably haven't dealt with other mechanic shops.
