Joe at the counter is very knowledgeable and very friendly very honest Mike the service manager is rude and dishonest took my motorhome there was towed in by tow truck for transmission problems obviously transmission seems to work fine when I picked it up motorhome was completely thrashed Grease from the front door clear to the rear transmission hatch lid in the rear bedroom license plate was ripped off almost completely .tow truck removed rear axle to tow in they replaced it never added any oil never cleaned up the mess never removed the rags or put the cap that belongs on it will test driving Mike did something and the cabinets broke and also damaged the microwave when confronted got extremely rude his supervisors according to him only want to pay for the carpet cleaning not the rest of the damage done by them we drove this motor home home 2 hours on the freeway and once we got home realized the damage have pictures to prove everything

9,000 miles on my truck now with no problems at all they did good work and great job but they took little bit than they promise me i got stress out so i did start calling them to see update but only did not like that they never call me back for update but great place price is accurate no hidden fees highly recommended i will come back here if i do have any issue's with my transmission thanks Daniel dont forget to call me next time ..

We were in a position recently where we had to get a number parts for an old Allison transmission, and we had to get them quickly. The person who was supposed to find them for us couldn't/didn't. I called around to suppliers all over the US and made the same request - I'll email you a parts list, but I need to know availability ASAP and to have the parts delivered within a couple of days. Everyone seemed up for the challenge, but Jim at Dartco was the only person I spoke to who responded to my email. He was professional, courteous, and our sense of urgency - which I couldn't help but make his problem - didn't seem to phase him at all. Our ship would be screwed without Jim and without Dartco, and we really appreciate him going the extra mile to get us going again.
