I was having a really hard time finding a Auto shop to Do a full bleeding on my brakes. I got recommended to call this auto shop. I was able to take my car in the same day & same hour I called even though they were booked had time to fit me in the schedule. I was 100% satisfied with their work, and honest pay. Everywhere else was charging me about 100$ + and they only charged me 80$ And got the job done quickly. This was my first time coming here I will definitely be coming back! Thank you guys again!

These folks are awesome! When every service in town said 5 to 7 days to look at my brakes, they said bring it in, and we will do what it takes. Not only did they get me in their shop within a hour, They had me back on the road in a hour with new disc brake on the rear of my F250 truck camper. Wow, and Bob that did the work was top notch. I arrived at 8:05am for my 8:00am appointment and Jay took my car right in to have the work done on my car and was promptly greeted at the counter. I sat and waited for my car to be done and at 9:10am I was in and out and very happy with my quote of around $100.00 and they worked around my appointment needs too. So in and out with labor, part, and taxes of a balance of $111.73 and I will refer my friends, family, and neighbors too. FYI, it may not be a squeeky clean entry in their small lobby/office but their work and customer service shines. Remember, they are there to work on cars and I know this is their top priority to have satisfied customers that return.

Got an alignment for my truck here and noticed that two weeks after my steering was already out of alignment. Took it to another shop and they noticed my tie rod adjusting sleeves were 100% completely loose on one side and missing both bolts on the other. Shop clearly did not tighten the sleeves after aligning my truck which could have led to a catastrophic failure. I would not get an alignment here.

These guys provide A+ service. I brought my truck in for an alignment Tuesday morning which they fit me in as a walk in. They discovered my front ball joints were completely destroyed. They needed to order parts and had plenty of jobs in front of mine. I was in a tough position because I was about to leave on a trip to Canada with my camper on Wednesday at 5. Bob ended up staying late and coming in early to finish the job. They didn't owe that to me at all but they went above and beyond anyway. Highly recommend this auto shop. WOW WOW WOW! This shop absolutely blew me away! I was having an issue with another shop and brought my ford e350 shuttle bus into Davis Auto to see if they could help me out. They were super supportive, kind and actually listened to what I was saying. I was having an issue with some brand new tires and they checked my alignment, informed me the alignment was already good and let some air out of my tires to help with the issue. They were considerate and provided their feedback and perspectives in a kind nice way. I specifically felt like they heard me and we're not talking down to me which has happened to me at other shops in town. Also I had two other things I wanted to get checked out and they saw me twice in the same day, quick in and out and they were extremely helpful with troubleshooting my check engine light and steering box. I'm about to leave on a big trip and they put my mind at ease for the additional things that were coming up at the last minute and helped me feel confident in getting on the road. Super place to go if your car needs repairs. Had my Mercedes Benz S550 get a 4 wheel alignment and after taxes, etc., it was like only $65. Great work and Great prices!! All my oil changes are done here too. Best place in NW Washington for Mercedes!!!

This place rocks! I was in a little collusion and needed my entire axle replaced and this was one of the only options available. Being a young lady, it can be really hard to go to mechanics because half the time they’ll treat you like an idiot. The Midas on meridian was really fond of talking to me like I only knew how to turn a car on and off. This place, especially Bob and Sam were super friendly and helpful! Cars can also be expensive, I would know! But this place got me a really good deal that my hometown mechanics and “car guy” uncle approved of. They also helped my friend out when her alternator died, and were pretty reasonable with their prices and got her in super quickly. Overall, Davis Automotive for the win!!!! Thank you guys again for fixing my car! :)

A nearby tire store cross threaded a stud while changing tires and sent me here for the quick fix. While I was having the stud replaced I asked Davis if they would turn my rotors to get rid of the vibration I had when braking. They asked me if I wanted the front only, and without knowing any better, I requested all 4. When I showed up for the appointment the dude says 99% of the time, it's just the front, so they'd do the front 2 and test drive it instead of doing all 4 for no reason. They do the front only and I'm in business for half the price It's absolutely astounding to me to find someone with the integrity to not sell me something I think I need but definitely don't. Like almost everyone, I hate dealing with broken stuff, but it's really nice to know there's a place like this out there doing solid business

I was referred to Davis Automotive today after learning the heater core on my 1992 F150 was faulty. This shop was willing to help and gave me a reasonable quote for repairs. My only hesitation is that they require you to use their parts for the installation, which in many cases on my older vehicle, I may want something different than what the shop wants. So, ultimately, I repaired it myself tonight with locally available parts. I would be willing to try these guys again in the future if I needed assistance. Follow up, spoke with Kimberly and she said we can use our parts, but it does affect labor warranty. That is acceptable to me. She is going to quote labor on another job so that is great.

I’ve been using Davis Automotive for 20 years. Bob is honest and a fair guy that gives service without the snazzy prices of other shops. They stand behind their work, too. If you’re very stressed on cash, talk to Bob and he may give you a few dollars off, because he knows people need to get to work. I wish we had more places with compassion and integrity in this world.
