He was able to fix the driveline and it was ready when he said it would be. There was at least 2 other employees who answered the phones but, even though they were nice and tried to help, they couldn't do much without Rich. If you need to call to ask questions, do it after Rich gets in and not when he is at lunch or in the bathroom. I couldn't help but wonder if Rich is a control freak or if he just doesn't realize the full potential of his employees.

My parents drove their RV up for a visit and experienced serious mechanical issues. The Drive Line team was the only shop in town who would take time to look at the issue to determine if it was catastrophic and needed to stay in town for service, or if it could limp along until they got home. My dad said they were great to work with and I really appreciate them making time even though they are so busy.

I've had 2 custom driveshafts made here. I accidently gave the incorrect measurements for one and after taking it back they lengthened it free of charge. I also had a yoke balanced and all the guy wanted was a 6 pack for it. Awesome place

This place is awesome. Rich is funny and was helpful in giving me info on how to make installing my driveshaft easier. As well as pressing the studs out of my old driveshaft and into my new one. They got me a good price as well. Definitely will come back here in the future. Good honest local business. Oh and the shipping was right on time.

Fantastic customer service! Great work, and great prices! I called Rich up to see if he had the stuff to modify my driveshaft for my project we talked about what I need to make it work, dropped it off and a few days later I have a perfect length, precision balanced driveshaft and at a great price! They do great work. My only issue was having to wait a month for my driveshaft. They cut it short. I paid $305.66 the first time. I had to take it back and wait another month for them to correct their mistake, not only that I was billed $212.32 for their mistake. I just wish I wouldn’t have to pay more for their mistake.

If you're ever in need of Honest & Quality service for your Vehicles drive Train ( Dr. shaft , Differential etc) . Rich & His crew are really focused on customer service and the BEST parts available, they dont take shortcuts with cheap parts!!! I had a complete overhaul of the U-joints , diff. clutches & bearings, turn-around same day. went back for a follow-up to discuss some friction noise and the guys gave me a lesson on how it all takes shape with break-in process & the timeframe . If all repair shops provided this type of personal service, the world would be a better place for gear heads! It isnt complicated to offer 5 star service.

Can't say enough good things about the service I received here. Dropped my drive shaft off to get the U joints replaced and picked it up the next day. I was traveling the country and noticed a sound coming from the rear of my Tacoma. I knew I had to get it looked at and went to cornerstone since I was going to Vancouver BC. I was referred to Rich at Drive Line to and expressed my concern and to see if the shop could inspect the rear ujoints. Even though it was Labor Day weekend, Rich acknowledged that this was urgent so he took care of my truck and got me back on the road. His honesty and care for my situation is highly respected. I am grateful to have gone to him. If I lived here or anytime I come through, I’ll definitely go to Rich for anything I need. Not only was he good to my truck he loved my dog Vito! These guys absolutely rock! I took my business to Rich, not only did they come highly recommend but, also my local driveline service in the Tukwila area has a horrible reputation so it was worth the drive to Bellingham. It turns out I made a mistake on my measurements. Rich said don't worry we'll take care of you and rather than drive all the way back up here drop your driveline off at this particular business in south Seattle which makes deliveries to us every day so I wouldn't have to drive another 4 hours round trip. I got the driveline back in 3 days, it fits perfectly. Thanks Rich.
