Mark went above and beyond to make sure that my service was seem less. I live on camano Island and have two dealerships that are at least 30 mins closer to me. But it is because of the people like Mark that I travel all the way there to have my service done. That and I know that another dealership most likely would have tried to tell me my rotors are bad and I need to replace them. I happily recommend this dealership and their honesty.

I just got done purchasing a brand new outback from Brian Smith and the experience was beyond fantastic. I've purchased many cars in my life and this was the smoothest experience I've ever had . Lori Bockwoldt who is the finance manager got me a sweet deal and was very helpful explaining the extra added options etc. If you are looking to buy a new car, I highly suggest working with these two people. Hands down best dealership ive ever been too! Brian also took the extra time to go over every feature which was nice considering how advance this car is .

I was here for oil change. Last oil change was done by Dewey Griffin Subaru also. Somehow, they changed only oil. They told me that they couldn't take off oil filter. Told me to go somewhere and ask to change oil filter. Wasted waiting over an hr. If you could not change filter, should not change oil. Also, you are the one changed filter. Did you mess it up? Anyway, paid over $80 for nothing.

Great customer service. A very nice and clean waiting area. They have a Subaru store which has many things to browse through. If you have kids they have a kids play room and also popcorn. They are able to work with you on curtsey vehicle if you need one for those service appointments that take hours to complete. They have an express service line that is first come first serve. Most of the time I use this option it’s about an hour wait for an oil change. This is a great Subaru and as for car dealerships one of the best in Bellingham.

I had my cars 100k service done here. They neglected to reattach my cooling fans. My car overheated while on a road trip the next day. I found the wires and attached it. A month later my radiator cracked and they made me buy a new one while they covered the labor costs. The whole reason you take it to Subaru direct and pay extra is for quality. I was very disappointed in the service and denial of responsibility on their part. I take my car elsewhere for better reliable service now.

Horrible communication. Was told Mark would call me back multiple times “in a few minutes”. Dude called me back one out of four times I called. Had to go in the shop to finally get answers. Also don’t buy tires online there. Showed up for the appointment I made two weeks prior and they didn’t have the tires. The guy helping nice and apologetic about it though. Only person there I felt was being honest with me. Yeah just weird vibe. Go support a smaller shop! Should of done that in the first place!

While traveling, my dash sensors lights started flashing brakes, check engine, and cruise. I was able to have my car checked out even though I didn't have an appt. So relieved to be able to come in, especially when on vacation. They checked my car and though at first thought a sensor was needed, they continued to check and found a hole in a pipe. This saved me $300. They were great getting me back on the road and honest on my repair needed.

We bought our first Subaru from another dealer, but always got it serviced with Dewey Griffin. When it was time to upgrade, we went with the service plan to keep the new car in tip-top shape. Brought my car in for an oil change, tire rotation, and break check via the express lane early in the morning. Everyone was professional and they had my car done within a couple hours. The only critique I have is I thought that dealerships washed our cars when they did a service - so that was disappointing that it didn't happen. But that might just be something that my previous dealerships did (I moved here from another state). Overall I'm quite happy with the service and the pricing is fair.

My 2023 Subaru went in for service. Had it towed in because I had no heat and after driving several miles there was steam coming from under the hood. They got my car serviced and repaired in 4 business days. At no time did anyone tell me what was wrong, what the repair was or a single word except that my car was done. I would definitely expect more from a dealer. No vacuuming or anything was done. But I did get to use their car wash on my way out. 🤔 The last time my car was in for an oil change, the oil filter wasn't secured somehow and oil spewed all over the engine. This was also at Dewey Griffin.
