Came in for a car inspection after registering my car at the dmv. They had a comfortable and clean waiting area. They went above and beyond by replacing my old registration stickers and license plate. Glad I found them.

I have been several places to fix my dashboard lights since more than month and no one can fix my problem but here in DC Nice fix it withen couples of hours with very reseanable price which is very surprising for me and Mr. Loon is very knowledgable about the job. I highly recommend this place to fix any kinda of lights on on you dashboard or any other repairs. I will be visiting there in future if I need to fix my car. Thanks for taking my headace off.

The tires was about to burst and I came here to changed two tires. And then I also did a maintenance. They also checked my car if that any other problems. I felt very considerate! Very professional. If my car there is any other issues, I will definitely come back here!

I would give zero star if there is that option. Went there on 06/23 for a simple annual inspection. The owner and the other Spanish guy both failed to connect the inspection machine to my OBD port 5 times. Yet, they somehow managed to get a printout and asking for $27. Was told by the owner that "the NY States wants the $, not me." I can understand if i failed the inspection and wouldn't mind paying for the $27. But, for an inspection that wasn't done correctly due to the failure of connecting the shop machine to my OBD port. I went to the shop next door, less than 15 min i was out of the shop with a new inspection sticker on my window, i showed the inspection printout from DC NICE CAR to the owner for that shop; was told this Korean owned shop scams people for money for almost anything. If they can scam $ out of you for a simple inspection job, imaging you are there for a bigger one. The potential is limitless. You have been fairly warned !!!

This repair shop is absolutely terrible! Not only did a very poor job with the repairs, but they also used cheap, out-of-market components instead of OE parts from the manufacturer. Their customer service is equally bad, and to make matters worse, they even threatened me, saying that “the car could only be fixed in that condition.”They showed a complete lack of responsibility! It's the most, most, most awful repair shop!!!!!!!!! I strongly advise everyone to steer clear of this place for repairs. Please stay away from this place. I swear to god for what I said. All was my experience.
