Good price, but car door looks worse than before it came in. Car was returned with the door assembled incorrectly and parts missing. I will now have to go to a different place to fix the damage from this place. I am extremely disappointed, as I would have preferred to pay more to have it done right. I may have to replace the whole door now because it looks awful. I have posted a photo where you can see the part they forgot to put back into the door when they reassembled it, and the screw cover that was by the handle that they lost. They suggested that I leave the car with them so they can reassemble it correctly, but I'd rather not risk having these guys touch my car again. I don't suggest that you do either.

I took my Lexus in for repairs about a week ago. The team over at DeCarlos really helped me out. My car looks better then the day I bought it..The body work and paint are flawless. I was nervous about going to any shop because my lease was up and Lexus has a very strict repair policy on there vehicles. Let me tell you that not one person at the dealer ship noticed the car was wrecked. It had over $5700 in damages, and DeCarlos did a FANTASTIC job.The shop is family owned from what I hear, great bunch of people to work with!!!! 5 stars all the way.

This is a great and honest shop! They replaced a front bumper on my Subaru and painted it. It was a tough color to match and the owner, Joey, did a fantastic job and didn't quit until it was PERFECT! I can't believe how amazing it looks and couldn't be happier. Top notch.

Joe and his guys did another great body repair on my 08 Silverado. This is the second repair in 3 years because of the rust issues of the gm pick ups. Both times Joe did an excellent repair, on time, on budget. It's great to know that there are still honest businesses out there.

Can't say enough good things about this shop! I dropped my car off at 9:30am, they gave me a ride home and returned it to me at 4:30pm same day! They painted my rear bumper and it looks perfect. Joe was great! So happy to have found them.

Fantastic experience, Joe and his repair team were some of the friendliest people I have ever had repair my Volkswagen! When my alternator was shot and my car wouldn’t start- they drove to where I was, jumped my car and brought it straight to the shop where they got started on it. Done the next day at such an affordable rate! I couldn’t more highly recommend this place. Not from this area originally but now I have a trustworthy, great shop to take my car to when I need it. With an overwhelming amount of body shops around, I know it can be hard to choose one. Shops sometimes overcomplicate things they throw numbers at you and it just turns into a headache. I choose deCarlos cause he’s fair priced you receive excellent work and in a timely fashion. And God forbid you were unpleased with something which is a rare case he’ll fix it no problem and hassle free!
