I bought a 2024 corvette at a different dealership, 3 days of owning it i had problems, the service team at DeFouw cheverolet took care of it, it ran for 4 more days then same problem after calling original dealership i bought it from and getting no help on fixing it, the Defouw team was the only ones who kept me informed and let me know about the field engineer who was supposed to help on it, the Defouw team kept on calling GM and got it fixed for me and have have not had any problems since. special thanks to Jesse, Brian and Will.

Purchased a used vehicle from Defouw/Nissan ( Used car center)this past weekend, so far so good. Kenny was a good salesman. Everyone were professional at their gob, from sales to financing, It was a good experience! They took my old vehicle, which unexpectedly would not start once I shut it off(felt a bit embarrassed). Unfortunately they couldn't offer me very much because of the no start issue, but they still took it anyway.

There was absolutely no pressure selling which makes us want to return for our future purchases and recommend it to others in the market to buy a vehicle! Our salesman Chad was great. He was very friendly, welcoming, and answered all of our questions about the vehicle. We didn't feel rushed at all in making our decision.
