Do not go to this shop, he’s a con man. He smogged my car and even though I paid for it he did not give me the certificate. He said he sent it to the DMV but they did not have it on record. If I could give this place 0 stars I would.

Joe is the owner and head mechanic. His shop is clean and organized, and so is his work. Prices on labor and parts are reasonable. He checks with you if the bill goes relatively higher than his estimate. If you dont know much about cars and are unsure where to take yours, bring it here and rest assured everyone here is trustworthy (aka they will not replace your radiator if you take it there for a brake change). Just the fact that they love dogs is great.

I've been a customer for over twenty years. I send friends and family to Joe. He is honest, extremely experienced and knowledgeable. He gives you an honest assessment of how critical the repairs are, and if you can drive safely and wait. His prices are beyond fair and he works to turn-around your car quickly. I hope he stays in business forever, or for at least as there are cars around that need repairs.

Worst mechanic ever dealt with. Went for a break change they messed up my ABS censor. Went for oil leak and came home with bigger leaks. When you take your car back they find something else wrong with your car. They always want to charge you more. For their mess up. Very inexperienced. Very unprofessional. Be careful when you go there. Document everything

There was a point in time where I believed that Joe Demerjian was a huge benefit to the local communities, sadly this opinion has changed over the last few months. Here is what happened, I contacted him in November about doing the wheel bearing on my Toyota Avalon as it was making a ton of horrible noise he suggested doing both front ones at the same time I was in agreement with this. I asked him if I brought in the bearings that I wanted to use he was fine with this. The day of the project I dropped off the car and everything and went about my day. I got a call from him mid to late morning telling me that I needed a "NEW CV Axel shaft because mine broke" CV Axel shafts do not "MAGICALLY" break on their own. He told me that it did and I needed to replace it or the car would not be able to be reassembled. _____________________________________________________________ Couple months after I took my car to get the tires rotated at a place near my home, and the shop brought to my attention that my front lug nuts were fully destroyed. Whom ever took the front wheels off last time they just allowed the nuts to hit the ground which caused a lot of external physical damage to them. As a result of all of this I would NOT trust Joe Demerjian with anything again. Joe, I have spoken with many about this problem if this had happened at Toyota they would have taken care of the issue because they were the ones who worked on it. Bureau of automotive repair said you were liable for it I explained everything to them start to finish they asked me if I wanted to move forward on filing a claim against you I told them no. I have no desire to cause an elderly man any harm. I sent my friend in Florida who is a master tech a few times over, the parts from the car for his analysis and he turned it into a YouTube video explaining what actually happened from the forensic evidence on the parts. We did NOT name you or your shop again I have no desire to cause you any harm. If you are interested I'd be happy to come sit down. With you so I can play the video for you. I can also post it here for everyone to view. Let me know what you want to do. I'm not working in Pasadena any more so I have the time if you care to put an honest foot forward to finding out what happened
