I had Chris Aloisi as my service advisor. He was terrific to work with. If it wasn't for him, i would have lost it on your service crew. You had my truck in your shop for 1 week. I've only had the truck for 2 months and the front collision camera and the battery needed to be replaced. Thankfully, I purchased the extended warranty for close to $5,000. Chris was able to advocate for me to have the cost of a new battery absorbed by your used truck dept. The dealership having my truck for 1 full week was ridiculous anf my 3 star score is only becaue of Chris otherwise, the service dept would be getting 1 star.

Bought a used vehicle in November and noticed a humming noise coming from the rear end while driving in the end of December-they couldn't get me in for almost 2 weeks. We brought it in for an assessment on 1/13 as it was still under the 60 day warranty and the tech and service advisor miraculously couldn't hear the noise I described to them. Not surprising considering the 60 day warranty expires 1/15/2026. They also charged us half of the regular diagnostic fee and acted like they were doing us a favor. We will end up having to get it fixed out of our own pocket as I can still hear the noise every time I drive it.

Terrible, they kept my truck for two days and told me it would only be there the a few hours, I tried calling my service tech and the supervisor multiple times to see what was going on. They never called me back. At first they told me I had the best extended warranty and it should cover the basic issue I was having with my new truck. Then a day later said I had to pay $1000 for this basic should be covered common issue. Liars and thief’s. Do not recommend.

Poor planning on their end. Service refuses to communicate with sales and sales doesn’t want to talk to you about it. I dropped my truck off the night before and when I called at 1pm nothing had been done. I specifically asked if they had the parts in they said yes. Turns out they did not. Sign says 1 million in inventory parts…. Must be in tires and oil filters. They never put the sticker on my truck and they never put parts back where they needed too. Not sure if they actually did an oil change or not. They did make it okay but it is and was a major headache and inconvenience. Would recommend going to a different place to get your truck serviced especially if you’re dealing with Chris.

After needing a whole new engine because another local shop messed up what should’ve been a simple repair, DeNooyer diagnosed my issue and got the truck back to me running good as new in a very reasonable amount of time. Especially considering it was around the holidays. They dealt with the insurance company and made sure everything went smoothly. Can’t ask for more.

Scheduling and checking was great. Appreciate the 7 am drop off and thought the ride service was outstanding. Very professional atmosphere. Was not crazy about the manner in which the cost of repairing my issue was relayed. My issue is related to a malfunctioning exhaust. I thought the price quoted to repair was absurd, but more than that, I did not appreciate the accusation that I had done something to damage the truck. “Maybe you hit something” was inappropriate. Maybe the 2023 65K truck has a part that failed and it shouldn’t have. In response to this idea that I had damaged the truck, I asked if when they inspected the truck and made the video, did they observe damage to the exhaust. They said there was no damage observed. Set up great. Just the rest not a great experience Not terribly surprised as dealing with dealerships is rarely a great experience. 3/5.

Service experience here has always been good. Only thing I can recommend to be improved is the flow of customers waiting to be served. There is no designated line - you just enter thru 4 or more doors from different sides of the room, with the reps all seated in an island facing both bays on either side of the service room. You hope to catch the attention of a service rep that hopefully noticed the order everyone entered in, but it's chaotic if it's busy.

Brought the vehicle in due an engine oil leak. A date was set to begin repairs. A vehicle was provided while mine was off the road. A technician used a dye to determine the location of the leak. Mr. Anderson contacted with the result of the diagnostic test and rendered an estimate of repair. Mr. Anderson stayed in touch with the work progress. He then notified me of the job completion and cost. The final amount was, considerably, less than the original estimate. Certainly, I was pleased. Mr. Symonds is to be thanked for assigning Mr. Anderson to oversee this repair. Much appreciated, also, are Mr. Anderson’s efforts on my behalf. Hey 👋🏾 hey 👋🏾 hey 👋🏾 I had to head back to the dealer to fix a crisis and thankfully the team I worked with helped me get it resolved. Firstly I had issue with the tire sensor on my dashboard since the first week I got the car. The my Chevrolet app said nothing. So I took the car to Stewarts (they have free air by the way) and put air in it - hoping it would fix the sensor issue. The machine beeped, and I drove around in hopes that the light would go off. Still nothing. So I did contact them and they did agree to assist me. Unfortunately my work schedule is hectic. So I couldn’t get there. The day I was able to get off work early I headed there to figure out the tire sensor issue and get it resolved. As soon as I get to Sand Creek rd and Wolf Rd. The front driver wheel popped- the car flipped the hazards on and a message popped up on the dashboard saying “tire pressure is critically low”. Like duh. It’s in the rim now. My poor car. Anyways. I went in there super frustrated at like 4pm. Some how my frustration translated to “arguing” according to the dealerships manager at the time. Which I can understand seeing as I was frustrated but to be clear all I wanted was answers to my questions and, to understand how this car operated so I could drive as safely as possible. Regardless of what brought me in they did service my car (and unfortunately the tire pressure sensor issue still on for whatever reason), they sent me home in a Lyft and provided the service quickly enough for me to get my car back. I don’t know much about cars which is partly why I was frustrated, but I am a fast learner and I want to know as much as I can about what is in my possession. I just wish more mechanics would consider that. I only rated them a 4 because the first guy Richard (he’s the one I spoke to when I arrived) he took me to the service center and told me what was happening and who would take care of it. (Love that.) after that, they just told me to go out front- like sir I don’t work here. I don’t know how to get around this place. I can’t speak for anyone but me. I like clear instructions. I can follow them and do precisely what I’m asked when that occurs. Overall I appreciated this visit. It reminded me of why I came to them for a car in the first place. 🌻🌻🌻Noir🌻🌻🌻

Much like most of the experiences Ive had with this location, it was an incredibly difficult situation. It took nearly a month and a half to get my car back due to a part being on back order. Communication was minimal at best except for the very end when they reached out, otherwise i had to initiate all contact through the repair. I have an interlock device in the vehicle which i know can be a bit of a nuisance for people working on the car due to the rolling tests for it. However, i was very clear in the beginning about it being in the car. Several days were wasted with minimal to no work getting done in the initial stages because the service staff was not experienced with the device. I would have been happy to assist if i was able, but noone requested it or even let me know that they were having issues till multiple days had passed. I spent $200 in 3 days on Uber because of the push back on a rental which was included in my warranty. And on top of that, i have $156 being “held” by Hertz still because the contract was still open till this past Friday. I was told i just had to drop the car at Denooyer and nothing else had to be done. I havent had the car for 2 weeks…but still have charge holds. I also had to find my own car in the lot because nobody showed me where it was. There was also a big truck parked next to it so close that i barely could get past its mirror. This dealership has been nothing but aggravating sense i bought my car in 2022.

Scheduled appointment for 730 am. Engine light, oil change, tire rotation and tire pressure sensor replacement all scheduled. Requested for someone to look at known paint issue on front bumper. Codes for engine light were provided in advance. Discussed the service needs with customer service several days before appointment and again with advisor at drop off. Was told at drop off that nobody from body shop was present and that I would need to make separate appointment for that. Didn't hear anything from shop by 4 pm. Called for update. Was told the only thing they had time to do was change oil and rotate tires. Was charged for engine diagnosis. Went entire day without truck only to be told I would need to make another appointment. Was told a ride share would be offered to get me from shop to work. Was not. Had to schedule an Uber myself. Will not be back.

Both Dwane and the technician who worked on my truck were great!!! Both super nice and willing to go out of there way to help me and make my experience great!!! Very informative and Dwane went out of his way at the end to fix the bill to make everything right!!! Glad i had Both of them helping me that day!!!! Will definitely be returning!!
