Our sienna was an unfortunate casualty from one of the recent storms that produced almost golf ball sized hail. After insurance assessed the damage, we searched for a local paintless dent repair shop. Dentless Touch of Waldorf was the first shop that showed up in our Google search and we decided to check Dentless Touch out because of the stellar online reviews. Ryan quickly estimated the damage to our sienna and agreed to work with how much insurance was willing to pay. You hear alot of bad stories when things don’t go right but rarely do we ever hear about the good stories. Well, I am here to tell you that Ryan and the work he does is AWESOME!!!! I looked our sienna over closely after we got it back and it looks AMAZING!!! The amount of work he had to do to get it back to this condition is INCREDIBLE! Our sienna hasn’t looked this good in years! You can’t even tell that he had to tear most of the interior apart to repair the exterior panels. I can’t say thank-you enough! Ryan, you are truly a craftsman of your work. I had a nasty little dent in my Highlander's passenger door. Toyota quoted $2,500 to repair it. Although I realize the estimate included stripping the door, repairing it, and repainting it with a guaranteed color match—and I could have run it through the person who accidentally hit the door insurance—I wanted to see if it could be repaired first. I was amazed!!! I recently purchased a Mustang which had a dent on the passenger quarter panel. I of course took it upon myself to try and pop the dent out only to make matters worse.... I contacted the shop to see if they could do anything about my now even bigger problem. Ryan said he would come take a look at it to see if there was anything he could do. Luckily he was up for the challenge. He told me he could get it about 75-80% out. Which I was relieved to hear that after a different PDR shop told me there was nothing they could do for me. Took him about 4hrs and wow! was I surprised! It's more like 90% if you ask me. He did an outstanding job!

Ryan wasted no time getting me a quote, car in/out, and provided precise details about the repairs. He also buffed out surface scratches--u cant even tell of prior damage. The dent is completely gone! Excellent work and service. I requested a quote from their website and got a response to schedule a time for them to look at the dent and give me a quote. The work was scheduled a week and a day later - far quicker than the 1 to 3 months the body shops were scheduling. The price to fix the dent was less than a third of what body shops are charging. I paid $160+ dollars and I had to buy the touch up paint by VIN number from a local dealer for $30. So it was less than $200 compared to the $700 the body shops were charging. It’s amazing how they can get those dents out. Thanks Ryan! I highly recommend.

There is a reason they have a 4.9 avg rating. I first brought my truck in for an estimate, and Ryan provided a reasonable quote after a very detailed examination. I scheduled an appointment the following week. The work was started right away and was completed by the end of the day as promised. The work was thorough and every "blemish" was addressed accordingly. They even provided touch up paint for the small scratches on the doors. I highly recommend Dentless Touch for as go-to spot. You won't be disappointed.

I am way overdo in writing a review on my experience with Ryan, and Dentless Touch in Waldorf. I called this shop after being told by multiple PDR guys and body shops that the damage to my car was in a bad place and could not be fixed with paintless dent repair. My car was either hit in parking garage while at work, or a shopping cart rolled into it, will never know for sure. After thoroughly searching across the internet for PDR places in the DMV, I came across a place called Dentless Touch, and was also told by another PDR guy that this place had the best PDR guy in the area. I sent in pic’s (see below) of the damage to my car and Ryan said he may be able to fix them but would need to see the car in person to tell for sure. He saw me right at closing time (so I don’t have to take off work), and said he could fix it to at least 95% of original and that I wouldn’t be able to notice the difference. I decided to go with it, because the car is not the same after paint and body work. Very happy with the results, and am glad that I gave Ryan the opportunity to show off his artistic abilities. Ryan was extremely professional in all interactions and I will definitely contact them again if the need arises, even though they are a 1 hour drive away. First 3 pics are after, last 3 are before with damage at the fender and door/fender joint.

My experience was excellent. A table fell in my garage and put a crease in my otherwise beautiful burgundy ram 1500. Over the years I have used a good body shop in town, but they were not able to get to it and recommended Dentless Touch. He also said it would be far cheaper. The body shop estimate was $1350. Dallas touch was able to get me in right away and the actual cost was $350. You cannot tell where the table hit and dented my fender. It’s good as new. I hope I don’t have to use them again, but if I do, I will not hesitate.
