These people are so unprofessional I dropped my car off to them at 12pm FOUR TIMES and went to pick up my car at 6-7pm all FOUR TIMES and ABSOLUTELY NOTHING WAS DONE. Nobody called me to tell me about a delay in time or anything. I got told after the third time my price would change and he’d do the job cheaper. THE LAST AND FINAL TIME HE DID NOTHING AND HAD A MILLION AND ONE EXCUSES. Not to mention nobody called me to tell me that my car was not going to be fixed after a whole day of waiting. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND I REALLY REALLY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND YOU COME HERE TO GET ANY WORK DONE.

Best place I've found in Providence for affordable car repairs and modifications. Diego is family are honest and consistant, the whole shop is filled with good hard working real mechanics. They are very busy which is a good sign and could use a bigger place, for sure. But that doesn't stop me from going there ever. I support these guys all the way. Thanks for everything!

Was having a whole ordeal of a day trying to get a new replacement tire and after having an appointment somewhere else ended up popping over here on a busy sunny Saturday afternoon and these guys helped me out in a matter of minutes and were super kind and accommodating about it and had a great sense of humor. Would absolutely recommend to anyone and come back in the future!

Took my car to Diego for an engine repair. Car needed a new engine. The engine he installed was bad, contained metal shavings. Out $4.7K and my car doesn't work. Diego has so far refused to fix the vehicle or refund my money. Worst car repair experience of my life.

Diego and his crew are friendly and very knowledgeable about any make and model and do the job efficiently and effectively at a reasonable price. They always can get you in when you call which is a plus and not the dealer attitude and close to hospital which makes it convenient if have to drop off for work . Used them several times and never had a problem with the work performed !!

A man of few words. My car is ancient and probably no longer safe to drive. Diego asks no questions. He fixes what I've asked him to and charges a very reasonable price. My car is always done same day. I have no idea why he charges what he does but it's always so cheap that I don't ask for details.

I had my car 3 years another mechanic wanted to by it it was in great condition I had it inspected two weeks before I bought it for oil change at diagos it caught fire 5 minutes after I picked it up and drove two blocks home he also tried to say I needed a new engine I think he switched my engine when I picked it up and started it it made noises it never made before my son and I looked at each other and our mouths dropped if you still want to go there stay with your car!!!

06.28.24 A companies box truck water pump leaked, I called Diego Auto Repair, and they said, "Bring it in. We will fix it with no problem. I brought the water pump and antifreeze they fixed with no problem. I highly recommend this shop, staff members are very polite and will answer all the questions.

Hands down, the best mechanic shop i have ever been to. Between Diego and his son, they're very honest, their pricing is extremely reasonable, and they go out of their way to provide good service. Ive been coming to diegos for about 4 years, and no matter how busy they were, if I pulled up, they'd make sure I was taken care of. Great communication, great service, and great people.

I needed brakes. I wanted to resurface my original rotors rather than buy new. They coordinated with me to do that and gave me a reasonable price. UPDATE: 6 months later I had to relpace my brakes AND rotors because they failed to install the pads properly. I won’t be back again.

Being from out of state, I asked someone for information to a nearby tire shop and they referred me to Diego's. I'm thankful they did! They were able to diagnose the issue I had with my Jeep (a seized brake caliber). It was repaired within an hour and I was blown away when I found out the cost (which was WELL below what I was expecting to have to pay) for parts and labor. I highly recommend Diego's and would definitely return for further maintenance. These guys are local, family owned, respectable, honest , courteous and friendly.

Fair dudes. Little high. And might have exaggerated my issue a bit to get more on the job, but it wasn't that bad. Told me I needed a entirely new radiator for a weaping drip that only requires adding antifreeze occasionally. 1 jug will add for 6 weeks. No way it needed a entirely new complete radiator so watch out
