These guys put the wrong parts on my boat ($16k), refused to admit error even after two vendors showed him and a forensic mechanic proved it. Walked off boat after tear down, held my parts hostage to get their labor for leaving my vessel in the lurch!! No integrity in the owner Mark Smith or Svc Mgr Stephan Michalowski, will not stand behind their own errors.
