I brought my truck in on Friday morning at 8:00 and by around 2:00 it was already done! The entire process was quick, painless and Rick kept emailing me on the status of the repair. Impeccable customer service! When I came to get my truck, one of the other guys came in and offered to pull my vehicle up front for me which was awesome. Also, just a side note: They washed my truck so clean it looked just as good and new as the day I bought it! Seriously, they went all out and they even put tire shine on my tires. Everyone here went above and beyond to make my experience great. I highly recommend these guys! Thank you for fixing my truck and making it look like nothing happened to it. I am beyond impressed.

2012 honda pilot front end damage in june just got back yesterday work seems ok but expierence not so much. waiting for ins. and parts is expected.when they finally started work left outside with no rear hatch exposed to elements no taped on plastic for temporary. get back 2weeks ago air bag light on soon as left shop brought back.get truck yesterday navigation off line looking for code.worked when brought in.they should of had every thing cleared reset whatever before got back thats 2 times now.so mad i went honda asked about code thing he said drive in code was on side of glove box who would know that unless you were a shop reset it 2 min. off i go .they should of done that not happy with that

I brought my truck to Dingman’s for hail repair. Mike called me the next day to inform that the estimate from my insurance company was extremely low. He talked with my insurance company and they came to Dingman’s to see my truck and agreed with Mike’s opinion. Insurance increased the numbers they had previously provided. I so appreciated Mike’s efforts and felt he really advocated for me, the customer. As it turned out I did not have my truck repaired because my insurance ended up totaling it. However, I have had Dingman’s do bodywork on a different vehicle in the past and they did an excellent job. Although I won’t have work done right now, I will continue to go to Dingman’s for future needs and know that they sincerely look out for their customers. Thanks so much Mike!

As many in Omaha, we experienced hail damage and set up an appt with Dingmans a month out for repair. My husband made the appt, but I went to take it in. They asked me if we’d be submitting to insurance or paying ourselves. I explained we went they them but decided to get it repaired by a place of our choice so we would be applying what insurance gave us and paying ourselves. A gentleman took me out to look at my van and immediately interrupted me when he asked me what we were looking at and said they don’t do partial repairs. I told him that’s not what I was asking for band he would have known that if he didn’t interrupt me and then he started to dismiss anything I would say and tell me if the fees and say I would be better off going to another place. He said there was an initial estimate but I would have to come back for another estimate which would likely be 2,000 more than the original. I wasn’t opposed to getting the estimate but he kept dismissing me and I even told him I felt like he was brushing me off. I have lived in Omaha my whole life and our family knows local businesses like Dingmans and we willing to wait a month to get in for them to look at our van. I understand your may be doing well enough that you don’t NEED everyone’s business who comes in, but what ever happened to at least showing decent customer service. Our insurance company was better to deal with then Dingmans and usually I hate dealing with insurance.

I recently used Dingman's off of Saddle Creek to handle a busted mirror on my car. At first, my experience wasn't so great due to a miscommunication that occurred with their staff when I initially called them, resulting in me not being able to get a quote when I had planned. However, management reached out to me and made sure to set it right. They got me in that day for a quote, and got it handled promptly within the week. They did an excellent job and went out of their way to make sure I got taken care of. Will definitely go back to Dingman's for any future needs.

I called in to get an appointment to estimate some car damage. I was scheduled out 2 months, which I thought was reasonable due to the amount of people with hail damage in my area. They came out barely looked at the car snapped a few photos of areas that did not even have damage. I walked back in to schedule the repair and the lady making the appointments said the first available appointment was March 2025😳. I waited that long just for an estimate and to be told repairs would not be until next year??? I went home and did my homework. There was a place just as close to me that got me in immediately and had my car done in a week. Way better service than I received from Dingmans and they were very transparent throughout the repair..

Everybody there is exceptionally nice, and I had no issues getting an estimate! EDIT: I didn't get the services done as I was estimated at the damage to my rear bumper as just being cosmetic. It's plastic & there's nothing but a couple of vertical lines to look at if you really look! A few months down the road & I now have issues with my accident sensor staying on for undisclosed amounts of times & going back off on a daily/weekly basis. I specifically asked the gentleman who did the estimate if the sensors were damaged & he said "No" I watched him look at my car for the estimate & all he did was lay on the ground in the parking lot & look under my rear bumper, on each side, for half a second & had the estimate printed out. It took him less than 5 minutes to look at my car. I knew something wasn't right & I should've went somewhere else, because now I have a sensor that is damaged that I can't afford to get fixed because I didn't get the service done because I was told it was cosmetic. I should've trusted my gut.
