Don’t bother coming to this place. I paid for the platinum full service package and the vacuuming job was a joke. They didn’t vacuum the back and there was still dog hair all over the back seat. Definitely not returning.

I come to DirtBusters a couple times a week, as I have two vehicles on their reasonably priced VIP PLAN. Everyone that works at this business is top notch!!! Juan—generally does the intake, which he does very well. He’s prompt, friendly and knowledgeable and Professional every time. He remembers what Service my vehicle takes. Gustave—generally does the actual cleaning, in which he is the BEST on their staff. Gustave is contentious and great at his craft of making my vehicle look new again and again. This is a great Business that is consistent and professional, because of people like JUAN & GUSTAVE!!!

Bought two gold wash with carnuba wax. Not sure if my first car was waxed as it was pretty much in and out in no time. My second car took some time so I was expecting a better wash quality than my first car. I guess the picture speaks volumes. My first car was much worse. Second wash and both times disappointed. Reply to the owner: “ I can see in your photo that you have water spots on your window. We do have a service to remove those as well.” I am not sure what you mean by “we have service to remove” something that I already paid for; gold wash and wax. The whole car inside was dusty, no wipe down. I took a damp cloth and just wiped the dust inside the car and dirt as shown in the picture (“the ones you claim are water spots”). I had to vacuum both my cars and do a damp and dry wipe all by myself at home. What do you mean by water spots and having a service for that? Do you want me to pay you extra to do something I already paid for?

I’ll always keep taking my car there for Nico to clean. he’s my number one guy to go to. such an amazing guy. If he ever leaves I’ll be super sad hopefully he stays for a long time. Thank you Nico for an amazing job you do 100% keep it up.

I recently moved back to the area after several years away, and returning to Dirt Busters Car Wash in Roseville reminded me why I always loved this place. The car wash is fantastic—my car consistently comes out looking brand new—but what really makes this place special is the customer service. Juan is absolutely outstanding. After all these years, he still remembered me and greeted me with the same friendly energy and professionalism. It’s rare to find someone who brings that kind of genuine kindness to their work. His attention to detail and the pride he takes in making customers feel welcome truly sets this place apart. Got there right when they opened and walked inside because i wasn't sure how it worked and I have a rooftop tent on my vehicle. Was greeted warmly and told to just pull on through and they would help me out, perfect. The man who helped me was patient and answered my questions confidently, which made my worries about damaging my tent disappear. They were very fast, friendly, and all had smiles on their faces which makes me want to come back. My truck hadn't been washed in several months so there was a lot of build-up on it and I think they actually washed it twice, which I didnt pay for, yet appreciate because it was filthy and wasn't sure one wash would do it! Very thorough and quick too, turnaround time with (light traffic maybe 4 other customers) other customers was about 25 minutes. Will be going there from now on, affordable, fast and great service all around.

The front attendant was nice and explained the level of carwashes. I said I want a detailed interior and Exterior car wash before family arrived as I will be driving them around for the holiday and have a dog. I wanted the dust and dog hair gone. Absolutely none of the interior seem to be clean passed a wipe down with a dry cloth I am thoroughly disappointed

Nothing like paying a premium price for a glorified gas station style drive through car wash. Obvious debris in cupholders left behind, wheels half wiped, floor mats not even shaken out, and just overall an extremely lazy job. I didn't expect a full service detail but a fully wiped down car after coming out of the wash I did! No quality control and a complete waste of money. I called them to rectify my concerns which in all fairness they did offer for me to bring the car back for another wash. However, when I explained all of my concerns, they were met with excuses as to why they didn't do these things to begin with. Pay $10 at a gas station car wash and you'll get the same experience .

I was disappointed for the quality of work inside my car for the price. I paid for the silver package and they didn't remove my trash from the inside door the back seat didn't dust or clean the panelling. I won't be back.

Terrible. First time here and the last. Spent some recent time at the beach so I paid extra to have the seats wiped down and as you can see from the pics I’ll have to redo it all myself. And since their attention to detail is terrible (ironic since they’re in the detail business) I start looking at all the other little things - Mirrors askew. Dash vents closed. Cup holders dirty. Even the vacuuming was sub par. If I’m going to spend almost $50 for a car wash and vac and seat wipe down it better be a lot better than this. Terrible.

Not too satisfied. Just because you don't buy platinum wash/detail doesn't mean they should do a half-way job at vacuuming and wiping dirt. Seems detail people are using same towel for every interior job without cleaning it in-between each car...it should be a fresh towel for each car.

Terrible. The quality of the service here is just terrible. I payed 60$ for the platinum package and they failed to deliver. This is on going issue. Not worth anyone’s time or money to use their services. Leaving trash on the passenger seat after service, failing to do simple tasks as in throwing away trash in side compartments. No effort in cleaning both passenger and driver chairs. Stained one seat with cleaner. Absolutely disappointed.

What A HUGE RIPOFF!! I paid $56.00 for a Platinum Car Wash … Waited 45 minutes & when I looked at my car, the outside & inside was still dirty!! The finish Person went around my whole car spit cleaning it ! The tire dressing only made it to 3 tires? I’m sure I have 4? The carpets were still dirty & the “manager “ told me I had to pay extra for deep cleaning.!! DON’T use this business if you value service & a Good Job!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Outstanding Service by Juan at Dirt Buster Cash Wash! I’ve always trusted Dirt Buster Cash Wash for great service, but Juan truly went above and beyond during my recent visit. After a grocery cart left a noticeable mark on the side of my car, I was bracing myself for a trip to the body shop. Instead, Juan took one look and said, “Give me a couple minutes.” He grabbed a buffer, worked his magic, and not only removed the scuff completely—he followed up with a wax finish that made the area look brand new. But he didn’t stop there. Juan walked me around the entire car, proudly showing the results and making sure I was completely satisfied. The interior detailing was just as impressive—my car looks and feels like it just rolled off the showroom floor. It’s rare to find someone who takes such pride in their work and genuinely cares about the customer experience. Juan’s attention to detail and proactive service are exactly why I keep coming back to Dirt Buster Cash Wash. Highly recommend!
