I ran into some pretty bad issues with my service, and originally gave a 1 star review along with a detailed account of what happened. The store has since been in contact with me and has conducted an internal review as well as retraining based on the experience I had. I would say the leadership has taken the situation seriously and will do their best to make mistakes right if any happen with your service if you stop in. I would not personally return to this location, but I would not recommend others avoid it.

I will preface it with I don’t know much about tires. But two years ago I purchased 4 tires. One of the front tires had a tear and is still under warranty. He asked if we had gotten an alignment because the threading was low. I had no idea after you get new tires you should get an alignment and if you don’t, your tires wear out in two years or less. Of course they don’t tell you this so when you go with a warranty issue they can tell you that they can’t honor it because of the tread level. I wanted to share for those like me who don’t know and won’t be given that information when purchasing tires. I also ended up having to purchase another front tire.

I bought 2 new tires earlier this week. After 3 days the tire pressure light had not gone off. I took it back and after checking it they replaced two tire pressure monitors that were damaged and a tire, one of the two new ones I had just bought. They made a mistake, owned up to it and made it right. I didn't have to ask anything except to have them look at it for me. Everybody makes mistakes, but not many own it.

I pretty much only go to discount tires these days… this location tonight definitely deserves 5 stars! I pulled up about 5:45pm for air. Their air machine thankfully was still open. The gentleman that assisted me named Kevin apologized for my wait which really wasn’t long at all, (there was a car in front of me he serviced the fastest I have ever seen), he was super friendly and knowledgeable and gave me great advice for my car. I will make an appointment and come back to this location strictly because of how nice he was to me even though I pulled up 15 minutes before closing. Most DTs won’t help you with air that close to closing… so thankful they did!

Drop my truck off for four new tire sensors and two nails in my tire at 11:30 in the morning. Showed back up at 3:40 to pick my truck up to realize they didn’t take the nails out of my tires. So they took my truck back into the bay and he took the tire off and went and looked for the nail and found the one that wasn’t leaking and then was gonna take my right tire off and rotate them and then put them back on. Luckily I was standing outside watching the worker Work and I went over there and told him he needed to find the nail in the tire and patch it and put my tires back on the way they came 50 minutes after I was there to pick up my truck I finally got to leave. 50 min to take a nail out of a tire. And if I wasn’t watching it wouldn’t have even got fixed.

This location is amazing!! I spoke to Thomas over the phone and he was able to help me get 4 new replacement tires in less than an hour. Since the moment i walked in, it was a great and friendly experience. Angel helped me when i arrived and was very accommodating. Thomas was busy but he made sure i was being taken care off. I gotta say, the way i saw them treating other customers was amazing. I see they are always busy and ii truly shows why. i just want to say that ruben and thomas mainly ruben were FANTASTIC . i was very frustrated because my tire was completly flat on the rear. well ruben despite my attitude and frustation tried to explain that he wasnt going to be able to patch it and that the best was to get a used or new tire. despite my attitude they proceeded to help me because i was an hour away from home. ruben and thomas both deserve a raise or promotion because they are very polite and respectful and can work and maintain professionalism despite being under pressure.

I had a small issue caused by another store. Something simple, but serious, which I don't blame the other store for because it was an easy mistake to make. They gave me 5 lug nuts, 4 of which were the proper measurements for my new rim, one of which wasn't. I realized the mistake as I was putting on my new tire beside the highway, and once again, it was a SUPER easy mistake to make. I don't blame the other store at all... But long story short, one of my custom lugnuts for my new rim was the wrong size, leaving me with a naked stud on my wheel hub. I called up to this store , even though I hadn't made my purchase from them, and asked if they'd swap it. I think the guy on the phone was named Gabe , but I could be wrong, but regardless, he was cordial and welcoming, and let me know they'd be glad to swap for the proper lugnut if I came in. When I got there, Richie ended up taking care of me. He spent a pretty decent amount of time going back and forth through their supply for what was ostensibly a zero sale customer, and neither him nor any of the other staff made me feel like less of a priority in any way, despite my presence not being a sale for the location Richie in particular was extremely personable, attentive, and helpful , even to the point of making sure the lugnuts I had installed myself were torqued to spec. I felt like I was being welcomed home as family, without them being overly pushy and creepy. I'll be returning to either this location or the one that helped me in Arlington for a full replacement set of Michelins as soon as I get my tax return in. The Odessa location had turned me sour against Discount years ago, but today's experience made me a customer again, despite the bit of initial inconvenience

I was in and out in about an hour to get all four tires replaced, which was great. I took off one star because they specifically told me to bring my own jack pad—so I did. But when I arrived, the service advisor said they already had jack pads and wouldn’t need mine. After checking my Sentry Mode clips, I found out they didn’t use any jack pad at all when lifting my Tesla Model Y. That was disappointing and concerning.
