I had scheduled an appointment to have 2 tires and a rim replaced. When we went in, we waited at least 30 minutes before they finally got to us. They rushed replacing our tires, our rim and then the day after the back passenger tire went completely flat. Went and had to get that once replaced again. They told us they did a horrible job putting it on, so we got another tire completely free from the Discount Tire on 191. Avoid this location at all costs.

Ordered tires online got them installed 2 days later. The technician broke 2 of my wheel lugs. (BMW) I was very mad initially but Justin the new manager made sure to take care of it. Had to leave the car to with them so they could take it to and underbody shop to repair it. They had the car back in an hour but I had went to work for the day. Picked up the car at 7 and it's like nothing ever happened! Thank you again Justin! You really went above and beyond to make sure you took care of my precious car! Yes this store is very busy but the manager is a stand up guy. Will be doing business again!

Upon receiving notification that my vehicle was ready, I could not find it. Then I saw it being moved around the bldg to a back lot. I spoke to two different employees, inquiring as to how I would be able to get my car. Neither seemed interested at all (or socially equipped) to communicate with me in any competent fashion. Finally, the manager Russ handled my situation. He was good. These kids sadly fall short when it comes to interacting with other people. What a shame! Forest Brothers Tires is where I’ll go from now on.

Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had at a discount tire. I went in because I had a screw in my tire, in which the guy “asked me what he could help me with?” I expressed I just needed a patch or plug and did not need a new tire. His attitude completely shifted in a negative way and was rude moving forward to me. If you are a woman (anyone really), do not waste your time at this place. Instead go down the road to House of Tires where they will get you in and out and will treat you with the upmost respect!

Went in with a blown out tire to get a new tire put on rim… 2.5 hours of waiting & watching the kids they have working there play grab ass, dance around & on their phone. I had to go & ask for my rim & tire that had been sitting in back for who knows how long. No management of time or communication between front desk & service employees. 2.5 hours for 1 tire to be put on a rim for $350 is CRAZY!! I knew there was a reason Forrest Tire kicks these guys ass…. NEVER AGAIN!!

I only left one star because you can’t leave zero and make a review. I’ve been a loyal discount tire customer most of my time that I’ve been driving. I’ve purchased numerous tires for multiple vehicles, both work and personal over the years. The Odessa location is by far the worst I’ve ever experienced nationwide. I knew what I needed. I made the purchase online scheduled an appointment, but that did absolutely nothing to make the process faster. I sat and waited and watched as walk-ins over and over repeatedly were serviced, and on their way before they even looked at my trailer to swap the tires that I had already purchased and already made an appointment for, it was two hours my appointment time that they started looking at my trailer. What is the point of going through the online purchase process that they say makes it faster if you’re just gonna look at all the walk-ins first anyway I could’ve just walked in like an idiot like everybody else not knowing what I even wanted. Had them made a suggestion and they would’ve had me on my way, not supposed to be this way. Will never return to this location again.

Staff treat customers with respect. Waiting time is a bit long but understandable since business is full. I went for a rotation and balance. Now I have a low tire pressure on my dash. It seems only two tires were swapped? I’ll have to go back to get them recheck. This is a company vehicle and I travel long distances. Probably a mistake but that was my experience with this discount tire location.

I took my truck im to have 4 new tires installed. After a couple of days I noticed some vibration. I thought maybe I need to.check the alignment. Took it to the alignment place , paid only so they tell me that whoever installed my tires did a real shifty job. Only one tire seemed to jave been balanced. All tires had the old weights on them. Took it back to Discount Tire and the gentleman at the counter agreed to the crappie job and said the manager would talk to.me, he never did Now im questioning my other vehicle that had tires installed by the same store I have always used Discount Tire bit now im thinking about giving someone else my business

Never going to this location again. I understand it gets busy, so if you aren’t doing air checks then just say that. I called this location to make sure because i’m just passing through. They said yes, but when I arrived there wasn’t any orange cones that was mentioned by the person over the phone. It was only after I parked, got out, and asked one of the employees about the air did they bring out the said cones. When I got back in my vehicle, a line had already started forming and I was expected to wait. Like what? This location could have just said it was too busy, no reason to hide the cones, man.

I had an appointment at 12 noon to get a tire roation and balance. As well as a tire inspection. The employee I worked with tried to sell me new tires when I didnt really need them... which goes against the company's code of ethics.. Anyways, I arrived around 11:30am. I was told my car would be done around 3:38pm.. I waited at the store. They didn't move my car into the bay until 3:26pm. Then it was done at 3:34pm. Less than 10 mins later. I feel like they didn't bother balancing my tires or inspecting them because my car still shakes when I go 70-80mph... I had to sit and wait for 4 hours just for them to continue putting off my car until the last possible minute, then they rush and skip over things I asked them to do just so they could get it done before the time they guaranteed. Absolutely a horrible experience and these guys are extremely unprofessional. Will be going to another location and hopefully it's better and the employees show more care to their customers time and safety.

I had my appointment at 2, they were super busy which is reasonable since it's the weekend. The workers were patient and still gave great customer service even under the pressure of multiple customers. When I was finally seen, I learned my tires were in fact not in even though I had a text confirmation but the workers were able to find me better tires that were in stock and even price matched. Did they have to do that considering how busy they were? No, but they did and stayed with my appointment, was out by 3:30ish and like I said the employees remained with a professional composure the entire time which is rare in Odessa. 10/10 recommend and will be going again. I wish I got the names of the 2 guys who helped me but they were amazing.

I love this place, I used to get new tires at Walmart. While they are slightly more expensive at discount tire, the labor is free with purchase of tire. If you make an appointment and pay online, you will done in an hour tops. First time it was 30 minutes! Just let someone know you have an appointment. They also have great customer service. Great work guys!

I went in for a basic tire rotation mind you about six weeks ago. I bought these tires and rims from tire rack brand new, and discount installed while there was a few scratches and inconsistencies. I overlooked it because they are pretty busy store and they have a lot of turnover with employees so I just chalked it up to experience I drive around 300 miles daily to and from Odessa to work and I own a Tesla model three which doesn’t make finding confident people to work on the car but tires are fairly cut and dry. I’ve already put almost 6000 miles on these tires so I went in for a rotation and balance and mind you they install these tires and rims brand new. I spent about $3200 for this set cause they’re lighter and was just trying to get a bit more range from my car since they installed and balanced in the process of the six weeks their weights had fallen off some of my tires became inconsistent, which is OK I drive a lot. It’s hot out here. No big deal but my Monday experience along with it being a Monday was no better. I had two TMS sensors go out which I ordered from Tesla and they installed but somehow they got mixed up and installed the bad one back into the car so instead of having two fixed I had one fixed luckily I told the manager to get me the other two sensors so I can run my own test I did find the new sensor and we’ll see if we can get that put back in. However, these rims are only six weeks old and they look like they’ve been through it. They also stripped out some of the center cap screws, which we had to then pry off because they were metal cause I needed the tires balanced, and they stripped out a stud which the manager was willing to fix, but not right there because it was already after six so I had to drive and stay the night in Odessa, which I don’t live here because I didn’t wanna drive that far with four lugs on a tire so we’ll see how it pans out while the manager was gracious, respectable and timely. He has a lot of turnover on his employees and it gets very busy very quickly and some of the customers are well just not good customers either so I understand the pressure however if you’re picky on your tires and rims while some of the kids there and some of the guys there do take their time others do not I would continue to go to the store for some things and go to a more niche specialty shop for others. We’ll see today if the manager can hold up his end both the lug and the stud are cross threaded so I don’t know how he’s gonna match the one lug and I don’t have time to take the car so I’m gonna see if he’ll pick up the car. It’s not a bad shop. Just know what you’re getting into. And some of the pictures the rims are just dirty cause it just recently rained in Odessa however I did clean the center lug and cap section so you can see the scratches. I wouldn’t say the rims are ruined, but I’m a car guy so well they’re ruined. All four rooms in the center lung area have some distinct scratch markings. Some areas are more gouge than others where the torque and the impact were just overly used I removed all center caps or didn’t put them back because two were pride off which I acknowledged. I let them do that so we could balance the tires however we wouldn’t have a brim off if they had the right tool instead of just stopping there, they continued their work, so AND ended up rounding out the screw which they are soft screws from Konig however thrusting inexperienced guys out there with no real supervision is bad pool in my book so I saved two of the center caps which give or take cost between 20 and 30 bucks apiece and the screws don’t come with the caps of course which is no problem to discount. It just creates a bigger problem to fix the rims to look hole and of course the mat bronze finish his toast again I would continue to come here under the right circumstances of a vehicle, but I would not trust them with specialty rims in certain situations. So again the manager said that he’ll take care of it tomorrow however he didn’t write anything down and it’s time I don’t have to run around and fix.

I have used discount tire in past, known for horrible wait, to be expected! Never have I been belittled, treated like a “dumb” women by a quick on the draw to sell you a tire, before looking or even checking to have it patched or plugged . Then tired to sale me a tire with different tread, meaning there would be different wear! When I informed what I wanted, I was questioned and told what I needed? Once I ordered tires, return to store with appointment, which does not matter…. No one asks, by passed the sales spill AGAIN. Watched truck pulled out of bay, waited, waited….. finally walked out to shop and asked someone to come give me the keys. Walked to back parking area to get truck, the area full of debris, potential flats…… got in truck and tire pressure was never checked!!!!!!! Instead of finding and expecting good customer service from Discount Tire and $800.00. I drove to take 5 oil change and they were happy to air up my tires for me at no charge. A customer with multi trucks, trailers, ATVs and tractors. Williams Tire and Forest brothers hope to be a welcome customer in the future.
