*Service requested: low tire pressure alert. *service provided: they have a separate quick line for tire checks. I drove up and a very welcoming technician- Niko- helped me. He was knowledgeable, friendly and explained all assessment results and recommendations. *Value: I paid $0 for the service. I only needed air out in my tire. But Niko said “your tire pressure was at 18 psi and the normal is around 36 psi. I don’t see any nails or low tread, tears, but if Ddefinitely keep an eye on it and if it. If it drops again, take it in for another assessment…” Fast, friendly service at zero cost. I highly recommend this service at this location.

Absolutely amazing customer service. Went in to get a free air refill on my tires and the worker noticed I had an impact bubble and told me I immediately needed to get it replaced. They got my car into the garage extremely fast and were very transparent with prices. They answered all of my questions and explained everything very clearly, will be returning!

I bought expensive Michelin tires here because I was told I would be worry free for about 45,000 miles. I followed every recommendation including rotations, balancing, and regular air checks. After only 15,000 miles they told me the tires needed replacing for a “mechanical issue” they never mentioned during any of my previous visits. I paid for new tires and also gave them my TPMS sensors. They charged me extra to install the sensors and did it incorrectly, leaving the TPMS light on and telling me to go to the dealership instead of fixing their mistake. The manager was rude and offered no solution or refund. Do not trust their promises. I left feeling misled and out hundreds of dollars.

Worst service ever. Heavy steer clear from this company. They will use their tire checker to cut power in your cars battery and that will screw up your technology IF you don't buy their tires immediately. Then they use the dark net to blow out your personal life details on the street which reacts in hateful ways.... Steer clear of ROLANDO the manager and DAVID....

Discount Tire at any location you visit is the absolute BEST! I went to the location at 3704 S. Cooper St., Arlington, TX, and Wesley and Carlos went above and beyond to make sure that one of my tires that kept showing to be low didn’t have a problem. I would recommend this store to everyone that is having any kind of tire issues. As I said earlier, they are the very Best!

David was a big help, very nice and friendly! I went in for a tire rotation. He checked my front tires. They were going bald, cracking, and needed to be replaced. They were 4 years old so it wasn't shocking. My back ones were good. David searched for tires that were comparable to the ones I had on the car. He found ones that were better. I'm going out of town tomorrow with a 5 1/2 hour drive so I need great tires. I also have a young child so I want him to ride in a safe vehicle. I did pay quite a bit in my opinion but, safety on the road is important. Luckily, I already had the discount tire credit card and you get six months to pay it off no interest. It's just $64 dollars a month, so not bad especially considering I can pay it off over time. I was very pleased with my visit. I came around 9 am and was the only person there so they put on my tires pretty quickly. David had wonderful customer service and we chatted while he helped me out. He is so sweet and I can tell that he is a really amazing person. His help and care that he put into my visit gave me the best experience I've ever had at a discount tire. I've been going to them since I started driving 15 years ago. I've been to several locations all over DFW. But, this one is a gem. I'll definitely come here the next time I need work done on my tires.

I went in for a tire and it was my first time at a discount tire. I didn’t even finish getting out of my car in the parking lot when Joseph came out and greeted me and offered to help me. He walked me through everything, explained to me what tire would be best for my Prius. I ended up purchasing a new tire that I had to order because the tire I needed is hard to find. He also helped me get my other three tires under warranty for a really good deal and reassured me that my new tire would come in time before my Christmas trip. The next day he called early and I quickly got my tire. Their attention to customer service was top notch and I am looking forward to only coming to this discount tire from now on! Hands down best customer service.

came in after my tire was losing air. one of the employees said there was a screw, but the tire needed replacement. i told him i spent $180 on a warranty with discount tire, he got noticeably annoyed saying, “they shouldn’t have sold you the warranty. your tires are 3 years old.” (i just got this warrant 2 days prior, and the man i talked to at the other location said my tires were in great condition.) said he would “honor the warranty” on the tire with the screw. then proceeded to tell me i needed to replace the other 3 tires because of cracks in them. (which should be covered under warranty, but he wouldn’t have honored it). felt like the guy was just frustrated he had to replace a tire for free under a warranty i paid for. there’s nothing wrong with my current tires, there’s a lot of tread life left in them. not sure if he was trying to take advantage of me being female and not being 100% educated on tires, but i won’t be back. i called the original location i went to and discount tires customer service line and they both assured me that the employee was just uneducated.

Got a flat tire and I was trying to find a place to fix it asap. A few shops either had a long wait time or had run out of patches. I decided to come here as a last attempt only to regret it. The sales guy took a quick look at my tire and started to say it was in really bad shape because it was a blown out tire, IMMEDIATELY asked him to put it back. He tried to get manager, nope. I understand trying to sell, I expect that. But trying to sell by saying I have a “blown out tire” when I originally asked to get it patched up is just infuriating. I don’t know a lot about cars but I’m also not an idiot & I certainly won’t be doing business with someone who’s trying to take advantage. Immediately ended the encounter and left mad. I told my boyfriend about the situation afterwards and he started laughing saying he would’ve told me if that was the case. Discount Tire easily became a place I will NEVER consider going to ever again. Even if Discount Tire was the last place on earth, I would rather bike 15 mi to work than deal with the buffoonery of their sales reps. As for my blown out tire, she’s been patched up and we’ve been getting around just fine! 😌

Dino at Discount Tire took care of me very quickly. He greeted me while I was still in my car and immediately assisted me. He worked directly with my insurance and got me approved for two new tires. Originally, I had Pirelli tires, but we ended up going with Yokohamas, which worked out great. Outstanding service from Dino, the assistant manager. I was in and out in about an hour with no appointment. I highly recommend this location and especially Dino for excellent customer service.

My experience started amazingly, had a bit of a bump in the middle, but ended better than it started. I had a double blowout on the highway which left my car stranded , and long story short bent two of my rims. I had a spare, so just needed one rim to get mobile again, but was in a time crunch to get it fixed before the car was towed. I called this store, explained I only needed the cheapest rim available, and that I'd be putting a used tire from someone else on it due to lack of funds. (I was two days out from payday and couldn't afford to wait) The person who answered the phone told me that my car's measurements weren't standard ones they'd keep a steel rim for due to being less common , but they had an aluminum one for 130. He told me then after hearing my plight that he could knock off 15 for a new customer, and that got me to come in. This is the part where the inconvenience happens, and is the only negative spot on a very positive experience. The one who sold me the rim told me they didn't have enough lugnuts in stock, but gave me one as an example for free to take to parts stores. I walked on foot to three different ones, before having a friend drive me to two more, and then we decided to come back to discount to discuss where I might find what I needed. All 3 men working the front recognized me, and were sincere and friendly in their desire to help; and they had continued looking in their spare lug stock and found me 4 lugnuts as well as a tool to install them, because it turns out that this rims' lugs were a special type made and sold by Discount only. As recompense for the inconvenience, they set me up with a set of said lugnuts, and the tool extension to install them My biggest compliment I can pay is that I never felt like a second priority customer, and that when I came back with this issue EVERY ONE of the staff I interacted with treated me well, despite me being a low dollar sale customer. From someone who has worked or managed bars and restaurants for 20 years; I wish my past coworkers and employees could be half as good at customer relations as the men I dealt with today. They enthusiastically fixed their mistake in such a way that not only did it wash the taste out of my mouth from dealing with Discount in odessa ,(a taste that's lingered for years until now, when I felt forced to give yall another try), but they've created a new customer. When I get my tax return in, I'll be coming through for a full set of Michelins. Their service and the service from the Airport fwy location later this same day has turned someone who talked shit about Discount for years from past experience, into a customer. In all honesty; even the little hiccup was a demonstration of how good the customer service of this location's people are. This was an obscure thing that anyone could have gotten wrong, but they went out of their way to rectify it, even when they didn't have to. I'd say that from my side looking in; it was actually BETTER of an experience, seeing how they respond to a less common issue. They took it all in stride and made me feel welcome rather than a problem Good on all yall

This place is the worse location. Purchased 4 new tires in April 2025. $560. 10 months? Came by to get rotation & balance. Guy used a device that showed 1of 4 was bad (3?). Oh but I can give you a deal on a new replacement. Idiot. No thanks. Refused to balance or touch the bad tire. I had a warranty. Refused to In looking at the lowest reviews, it is clear these guys are in for screwing you over if you don’t agree with their advice of why you need to buy a new tire. I walked in with another person who the same guy that helped me advised him he needed a new tire. Same thing for a young lady who they told the tire she needed was not in stock. I strongly suggest that Discount Tire corporate management do some serious business training.
