Very unprofessional... communication way off.. and no respect for others time ... kept cancelling our appointments and doing at the end off the day literally at 11 o clock at night giving excuses for 2 straight weeks. Dont waste your time, spend your money somewhere that will make yu feel good you spent your hard earned money.

I called Doc at 11:30 on Tuesday night, and out of 7 listings that claimed to be 24/7 he was the only one to answer the phone. He came to check out car and called O'riellys on Craighead and asked them to stay a little late so he could pick up starter. Needles to say by 1:15 Doc had me back on road & I am grateful. Thanks Doc

So disappointed...I trusted this company with my car and very limited funds during this COVID-19 outbreak. For whatever reason, my brake system job was not repaired...I'm out hundreds and thats not the worst part. The worst part is telling me you are coming to check on it and not showing, calling or returning texts and calls. They have taken my money and left me hanging at the worst time. It doesn't matter if a car fell on you, you should still be honest and communicate or have someone do it for you. 😡

Needed my front brakes & rotors replaced but was on a budget. Found Doc's ad on craigslist and took a chance. He showed later that afternoon. He was a little late but communicated with me throughout the process. Came to my house and did the brakes in the parking lot in no time. For $80 in labor I'm very pleased. Thanks Doc!

Doc is hands down one the most knowledgeable mechanics I’ve ran into. I was having an awful time with my 04 ranger that was cranking but not starting randomly. Prior to him coming out i tried troubleshooting and replaced the fuel shut off inertia switch, relays, etc. With in the first 5 minutes he was able to determine i had a bad fuel pump that was sporadically cutting off and cutting on. And despite the fact i called “day-of”, he made his way over at 11pm to run diagnostics. I don’t know of any other mobile mechanic who has the work ethic of Doc. Labor is priced very fair, can’t speak highly enough of this guy 10/10. Won’t take my business anywhere else.

So I actually never saw the awesome person that worked on my Jeep. I will say that he communicated very well and he was super honest. I say this because I left the part with my keys and cash in the Jeep at my place of work. He told me at the end of fixing my vehicle that I put too much money in the box and was going to leave it with the part core. He told me he had to do some grinding on the part to make it fit which to me as long as it fits and works i'm a happy person. He even sent photos of both the old and new parts next to one another so I could see the difference. I would highly recommend and I will use this shop again if they are up for a project vehicle. 10/10 recommend

Doc is amazing! He was able to diagnose and get one of our work trucks running in a matter of 15 minutes, after another shop had given up on it and told us we would have to take it to a dealership. He is very knowledgeable, friendly, plus he is a mobile mechanic so he can come to you, and his prices are very fair.

Maybe the least professional service I could have gotten. After 5 days of not even properly looking at my vehicle (despite saying he would fix it every single day) all I had to show for the time was a belt not even fully installed. He tried to make me address an AC issue before finishing the belt install. (the AC hadn’t been an issue, even after the belt came off) When I paid the doc 150$ to get my key back, I was mostly just glad I didn’t have to deal with the constant delays and excuses anymore. Maybe the service would have been more timely and complete at the actual shop, but I cannot stress enough that I will never be using the doc as a mobile mechanic again, and I recommend you save yourself the time and trouble of using him yourself.
