I was heading back to Utah from Florida and picked up a screw in my tire. I had 21 pounds left in the back tire when I finally made it to Don’s they got me in right away plug my tire told me everything looked good. Made sure all my Tires were aired up and did it complementary!!!! I think that is so sweet. Thank you for such great service.

Came here yesterday because my car was making weird noises when i turn my wheel and when i was braking. Asked them could they check it, and the big pretty much said “ Cant check what we dont know! I said well that's why I'm here, can you possibly put it on the rack to lift and check brakes and or the suspensions . He said no, i would have to wait until it get worse or pretty much broken down before they can just check it. The one guy that rode with me to listen for the sound was really trying to let his co-worker know that he was also hearing the sound but he was not trying to hear him. Fast-forward 3 hours later when leaving home my car brakes failed, ABS light came on and I nearly had a wreck heading to my birthday dinner. Special thanks to Mavis for getting me taken care of! Absolutely fantastic service....my tire pressure light had come on while going down 85...stopped at a different tire place (not going to name)...acted like I was a BOTHER for them to check my tires (I'm 58, yes grew up a farm girl....still don't know how to air and check tires)...he only put air in one....didn't check others....still light was on, and now was driving definitely weird....stopped at Don Duncan on Bell (used to always use the one downtown...we bought my tires from there) Bell Rd AMAZING SERVICE, checked ALL 4 TIRES...was so sweet...took me right away... Will definitely be going here from now on

Went here for the first time to get my tire pressure sensors on my 2014 Lexus checked . I needed three out of four sensors replaced (those were the original sensors ) . My check engine light came on right before we were supposed to drive 8 hours back home and the great staff took my vehicle on a walk in and within two hours had my issue resolved and we were able to make the trip with no issues. The staff there were very friendly and professional and they even gave us a military discount on top of it all. I can’t thank them enough.I highly recommend them if you’re looking for an honest and trustworthy professional shop to do any work on your vehicle!

This is the first auto repair shop that I have been to that is thoughtful of women. It is nice and clean. Guess what? It does not smell like pee!!!! I was actually blown away. Tim Brennen is nice and kind. He was going to find us a ride home because of the wait to get my truck back. That is A-1 service to me. The prices are a little steep if you are on a limited income but the work and labor is worth it

I was in the shop (Bell Road) this week for a routine oil change, tire rotation and general maintenance to make sure my car is in tip top shape. I love this shop! I feel they are fair, honest, efficient and reasonable in price. It was not crowded when I went so I enjoyed great conversation with the gentleman behind the counter while they worked on my car in the garage. They treat their customers well so I am happy to refer them!

If I could give less than one star, I would. I brought my car in for acceleration issues and was told computer diagnostics identified the problem. I was first quoted $2,600, then suddenly $2,019 for the same repairs after I questioned the price. I approved the repairs. The parts were installed—but the car still does not accelerate properly. I was then told there are additional engine problems outside their scope of work. I am now responsible for a $2,019 bill, my car is still undrivable, and I have to tow it to another mechanic to actually diagnose what’s wrong. This shop relies heavily on computer codes rather than true mechanical diagnostics. If you don’t already know exactly what’s wrong with your car, be extremely cautious. I strongly recommend taking your vehicle to a qualified, full-service mechanic instead.
