Chevy 3500 dually with a DEF issue while trying to get home to PA. Quickly headed towards limp mode. 2 Chevy dealerships gave us available openings of 2-3 weeks just to look at it. Called DW at 8 a.m., was told to drop it off at 10 a.m. and they’d take a look. They squeezed us in and had us back on the road by 4:00! Absolutely couldn’t ask for more! Thanks guys!

Wrong tool for the job. Instead of installing the diesel injector pump seal that I provided, they tore the intercooler out, removed all the lines, told me I needed a new turbo for $2500. Decided to take it elsewhere, and glad I did. The mechanic I brought it to is certain they were winging it and just looking to take me for a ride. Did they reinstall the hoses and intercooler?? of course not… They sent the van out of there gutted, with parts in the front seat and floorboard, and pieces laying in the engine compartment, and greasy handprints literally everywhere. The kid working the office seemed ok, but to be honest I wouldn’t trust this company again. The picture shows exactly how it looked when it got back to me. I guess you get a free rag to wipe all the oil off ;)

Dw and the team of mechanics always go above and beyond to help their customers. Today one of my trucks lost a clutch. That would normally be a major stressor, loads missed, drivers paid less because they missed work etc. Fortunately Devin was able to get my truck in today at 4:00pm and his guys hammered out my job tonight!
