Carlos was just as great as all the reviews said. I brought my car in with MAS problems after I cleaned my existing part and then bought a new one when that didn’t work. He called the dealership to get a part quote and reset my check engine light. He said to give him a call if it comes back on and he will get the part same day. No charge unless I have to come back to get the new dealership part. I was lucky to find a good and honest repair man.

Carlos is the BEST! Took my car in after I just got it fixed by another mechanic because it was acting weird. He checked everything and couldn't find anything wrong. He didn't charge me for checking and when I picked up my car it was vacuumed and washed off. Made my day! I will be coming back to Carlos for all of my car needs.

I got my timing belt done yesterday with Carlos he told me he would have it ready at a certain time and he did so. He also fixed my crankshaft sensor since it broke and all he charged me extra was the price of the part. Honest guy from my experience and the price was fair compared to other places.

I have bright my mini van & sedan here many times. They always do great work for my vehicles at a reasonable price. Like my Toyota Camry radiator went out & he put a new one for about 200 bucks. He'll also give advice on what your vehicle needs in order to be fully functional.

I am a senior resident. I am very grateful to Carlos and Eric to help me with patient. My car was vandalized several times. My car windshield was broken by criminals. My driver door lock, tire and mirror were damaged by criminals. My air conditioner compressor and radiators vandalized by criminals. These criminals took advantage of an elderly resident's suffering, in order to scam a patient's money. All criminals escaped from law punishment. But I am a victim of these crimes, an elderly victim is punished, stressed and depressed. I had to and have to carry heavy financial burden to have my car to be fixed. Carlos performed excellent professional skills to fix my car. Carols is a decent manager. He paid his human sympathy and support to an elderly patient. Thanks to Carlos and Eric, I appreciate your great help.

Most honest, kind, & reliable mechanic I've ever gone to. My car broke down in a parking garage and needed to be towed on a Saturday evening. Carlos stayed way past close to wait for my car. This was the kindest gesture because at this time he did not know me, it was my first time going there. Since then, I will never take my car to anyone else. He charges very very reasonably & is always so honest. He takes the time to show me what he's going to fix & why it's important. Truly an LA local gem! 😭 I send every friend and family member to them.

Amazing service! Carlos was great and fast. I had an issue with my car after taking it to Pep boys, never again will i take it to another pepboys. Carlos fixed the issue, the water pump was leaking coolant after pep boys said it was fine. I had another issue pop up on my car, its an old car, brought it to him today 4/23/25 and he said get the part and hell take care of it.....20 min later issue was fixed. E & C is the go to spot from now on.

AVOID AVOID AVOID Horrible experience! I dropped my car off at E&C to get my transmission replaced in my car. They said it would take a day or two to do the work. I came back 2 weeks later and the car wasn’t worked on at all and they said they didn’t have a lift that worked so they couldn’t work on it and they’d have the shop next to them do the work. I picked up the car and now the fuel pump is not working too! I’m writing this as I am stranded waiting for a tow.

came in to get my power steering checked on my '09 impala they told me the pump was bad, charged me 200 for a pump and 150 for the labor, took em 3 days.... drove for it for 2 days before ,lo and behold, power steering goes out AGAIN, called them up and asked if they even tried to diagnose the issue or if they just swapped the pump without checking the hoses. they claimed they checked everything,my buddy comes over with a jack and after lifting her up, it was a single hose decaying. they charged me 350$ and left me without a car for three days, over a 10-15$ hose and clamp. do your self a favor and take your business literally else, small things like this you'd be more proficient watching a YouTube video and than getting SCAMMED. BUYER BEWARE

When I mentioned off-hand that my next errand was to get my tires patched and rotated, they took it to their neighbor and did it at no extra cost. Incredible! Can't recommend enough.
