Very unprofessional when I called and asked for help !! They acted like they didn’t have time to talk or try and service my vehicle!! Went up the street to c&l auto and was treated with respect from the moment i called ! Won’t recommend this shop if you’re not local !

My wife and I had our car fixed recently. The service was excellent, and very accommidating. The crew is awesome and the pricing is very reasonable. They told us how long it would take, and it was done even faster. We had gone to other mechanics in town, but we were treated so good here we will never go any where else again. We have already told our family and friends, they will be bringing their cars here also. Again, thanks for treating us and our car with the upmost respect.

I have been here several times to have my vehicles fixed. Their prices are competitive, reliable,and honest. I Recently had my car worked on, oil leak something serious. They fixed a leak....but it's still leaking. They ALWAYS call you with a update and diagnosis. A rough estimate on what it will cost to have it fixed. Unfortunately this last time around I wasn't nearly as impressed because my vehicle was still leaking.

I reviewed this place 4 years ago with five stars, and I'm updating my review to say it is STILL five stars. I don't trust ANYONE else with my cars in town. They've serviced my old Crown Vic and now my 2014 Kia Forte. They're honest, reliable, quick (considering how much business they get it takes a few days but you KNOW you're getting the best price and service), and just great people. I was having major issues with my 2014 Kia Forte, I was convinced it was the transmission and was prepared for a $1000 repair or higher. After taking about a day to diagnose the problem (the mechanics were stumped, the owner had to come in and look a bit further) they gave me a game plan on how they were going to approach the issue. They explained in detail what needed to be fixed, what they were going to do if that didn't fix the problem, and if I was okay with them proceeding. You know what it cost me after labor and parts? Under $400. I was FULLY prepared for a MUCH higher sticker price and I know they knew that, but they still charged me an honestly and my car is as good as new!! After working on it for a few days, when I came to pick it up, a few of the mechanics came out excited to tell me it was working and how much better it drives now. You need to make an appointment to work with them, and it is worth the wait. You won't get better service, price, or people to work on your car and if they can't fix it (which there have been issues in the past that are out of their expertise) they provide you the information to prepare you for if you have to deal with different and not so friendly mechanics. A+++++

We started going to E&N about one year ago after reading the reviews. The reviews seemed too good to be true but they are indeed not. Ngoc and his team are polite, attentive, respectful, patient, and efficient. We have been treated so well every single time. The customer service is the best of its kind. Their prices are the most reasonable in town and everything is fixed perfectly. If there's ever an issue, they handle it immediately. I can't say enough great things about this place and the staff. Great job team!

E&N is the best!! My daughter and I were on day one of a 3 day road trip across the country when our check engine light came on. The next morning we arrived at E&N when they opened along with 4 other customers! After just a short wait, Ngoc found out what was wrong, told us what needed to be fixed in order for us to get back on the road quickly and get home safely and what to follow up on when we get home. The quote was extremely reasonable and he had us out in about an hour! Ngoc went above and beyond for us and we were so grateful!! I just wished we lived closer so we could use E&N for all our auto needs.

I would give them 10 stars if I could!!! I was on the road to Colorado and had been told by 10+ shops that the repair I needed would take 1-3 days…E&N had me in and out in under and hour, including the time waiting for the part to arrive! Friendliest people I’ve ever met, helped get my car in tip top shape for a very fair price. The lady who works at the desk was particularly kind and friendly and filled the wait time with great conversation! I’d almost consider driving back here from Chicago next time I need my car serviced!

Drove up to Lincoln a few weeks ago to see a good friend and also drive to Omaha and go to a concert. The next day I left my friends house in Lincoln to head back to Wichita, KS. Went to get coffee at Casey’s came back to a car that wouldn’t start. E&N got me in touch with Todd’s Towing and they ended up getting my car in the shop shortly after. It took a while to figure out what the issue was but they did an excellent job and completely figured it out. I got my car back and it has been running the best it has since I first got the car in Jan of 2021(2018 ford focus se). Made it back to Kansas with no issues and has been driving great. I personally was looking through auto body shops stressing about what I was going to do, hopefully if you’re in a similar situation this will help you. Highly recommend E&N.

Went to pick up my vehicle today and got surprised by such a kind gesture. I took my car in for things needing to be fixed under the hood but Ngoc and his team took the time to fix a bad dent in my bumper for free. Such a small gesture makes the world of a difference. I have been taking my vehicles here for years. Never had a bad experience. 10/10 recommend.

Had someone try n steal my car Sunday April 13th but caught them in the act but not before they broke off my driver's door handle. Called and they where able to get my car in on Tuesday. They where able to replace my door handle. Couldn't get door handle in the color of my car but Ngoc painted it and it looks amazing. As usual I will recommend Ngoc and his crew to everyone I know and anyone who is looking for a company to handle their car repair needs. They are an honest, friendly, reputable and trustworthy company!

Great place, great staff did a oil change and new rotors and brakes done. Very fair prices and they will tell you exactly what’s wrong with your car. From my personal experience they have the best employees here, they also were able to get me in right away even with their new oil change hours. They are always booked so make sure you call and setup a appointment:
