Was on vacation and thought I need a Cp3 pump. Tony was outstanding and help get truck diagnosed properly and found out it was a Raul valve! Saved me a few thousands. Got the whole thing done before I left! Great place and super service!!!

Tony and his crew really went above and beyond to help me out. Was passing through and stopped for fuel, got distracted and put regular gas in my diesel tank. He got my truck in and turned around in no time. I was on a tight schedule and he got me taken care of and back on the road. I can not thank him enough. 8/21/18 My diesel pick up pulling a 29 ft travel trailer stalled a a fuel station. I thought it was the fuel pump and being in another State I was sure this was going to be a costly issue. Eastern Diesel is were my Good Sams roadside assistance sent my truck. They had me up and going the next day. It was a fuel filter that failed. Not a major repair but enough to know these are good honest people. Very friendly staff. Can't say enough about honest, hard , working good people. I did complete my trip from NC to Atlanta,Ga without any issues. Thank you so much Tony and your wife.

Adding to post from few years ago about this wonderful company: This is our at least our 3rd year having our RV serviced here ….. we live in the Boston area but wait to have work done by them because they are trustworthy, super easy to work with and get the job done “right”!!!! They are diesel experts!!!Cannot say enough good things about Tony, Asa and their wonderful, knowledgeable staff. Always a great experience ….. they’ve fixed problems that Freightliner and local repair shops couldn’t figure out. We even come here for lube, oil and filter every year! Great company and even better people ❤️ Cannot say enough about this company. Knowing that we were traveling when our RV broke down, Tony (and Asa) took such good care of us and our RV issues (which there were many). Their mechanics did an amazing job done on our RV…..now runs better than EVER!!!! They had us back on the road in no time! So appreciate that they fit us into their “very busy” shop because they knew we were stuck and had compassion ….. went above and beyond to locate parts which was not easy during this “Covid shortage” ….. HIGHLY RECOMMEND them ❤️

Amazing service. We were 4 hours from home, towing a 38' camper and our truck's check engine light came on and flashed a DEF service message and limited the number of driving miles until "limp" mode. We got to the campground with 24 miles left on the meter. Thank goodness for Tony! He answered the phone first thing Thursday morning and had us in for repair at 0800 Friday morning. Tony and his mechanic were very empathetic to our situation and spent a fair amount of time explaining the issue as well as offering solutions (both long-term and short term). We picked the truck up Friday afternoon and have since been able to return home without issue. They saved our mini vacation from what could have been an unfortunate and stressful 5 days. THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH!!! Because of your dedication to service, we were able to relax and enjoy spending a few days "away". We've bragged about this shop to everyone we've met!

I was 10 hours from home and needed a new oil cooler not only was this the only shop I called that actually answered their phone. Tony was awesome he got me in and did an awesome job answering all my questions. I wasn’t sure that the truck was right after and he and his mechanics went above and beyond to make sure it was perfect. These guys even drove me back and forth from my campsite just to make sure it was as smooth as possible for me. I normally do my own work on my truck and to be at the beach with my family and to find such a reasonably priced shop with great customer service was a godsend. I’ll be mailing a family Christmas card and I’m sure that it will be appreciated. I will never forget the quality of service I received here if I could give them 10 stars I would.

My 2003 Dodge Ram 3500 5.9 Cummins with 83k miles decided to quit at a fuel station while on holidays at my inlaws in Myrtle Beach. After trying numerous mobile repair companies with no luck I googled and found Eastern Diesel with good reviews. I called them for a tow recommendation, used the company they recommended and had my truck towed there and as I had suspected the frame rail mounted fuel pump had failed. Service and communication were great, decided to also replace fuel filters & regulator on back of injection pump while here just to be safe due to age. Fair pricing, professional and didn’t try to jam me for any extras. I own a small fleet of vehicles and am not a stranger to repair shops, highly recommend Eastern Diesel.
