Let me start by saying this is genuinely one of the worst customer service experiences ever. Came in and walked up to the counter, there was no one available. A elderly couple was sitting down in the waiting room. After about 5 minutes Reggie pulled up to the counter and completely ignored me. Didn’t make eye contact or say hello what so ever. He instead spoke to the other couple to tell them their car was ready etc. It wasn’t until after all of that about 10 minutes later that he finally said Hello, how can I help you. Just a joke for customer service. Stay away people.

Honest USMC veteran review: Reggie has worked on two of my vehicles. My Porsche Panera Turbo and my Mustang GT350. Fast, friendly and affordable..what else can you ask for? Recommended to me by Mike at Your Mechanic, EC is a no-frills old school operation that brings the phrase 'they don't make 'em like they used to', to mind. It is the kind of place you want to find when you are new in town, don't know who to trust with your vehicle, and need kind folks who won't overcharge you or talk down to you about your car. I needed two brackets for my exhaust, and with service my total was just over $70. I will be recommending them to anyone I know who needs exhaust work.
