STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS!!! Do not bring your car here. Mike and company are frauds I brought my car to Elite Motors for a European expertise since I bought a bmw. I needed my car checked out I bought from a dealership which they know well. So after Mike tested and drove the car and checked it out with his computer the diagnostic was that my rear air bag suspension was just replaced and no error codes came up and everything was great with the car so wow to my expressions on my face. So I had the car delivered to me within a week and to my amazement as soon as the car arrived I began hearing a rattling noise from engine compartment and as soon as I started the car an engine is too hot message popped up on the screen I couldn’t believe it the battery light was on as well which I can understand since it’s been traveling a week. So a day passed and when I came outside I noticed the rear of the car was down significantly hmm 🤔 I thought must be a luxury feature. So I took the car to a real European mechanic and after he did the diagnostic to my surprise so much error codes came up for water pumps, the rear suspension air bags was leaking and busted? How could this be I thought Mike assured me everything was fine and no error codes came up. How could mike have missed all these red flags I thought Honestly I don’t even think mike did the vehicle check like he was suppose too. I honestly think his shop is in cahoots with local dealerships in the area scamming people. When I called mike to confront him on the matter the guy began being aggressive and started cursing me out so I hung up the phone and yet does not want to refund me my money back. Terrible customer skill’s on top of it all. I advise all to stay away from this shop. Mike plays mister nice guy but really is a wolf in sheeps clothing.

Nina the owner was very friendly and helpful, they gave me a ton of good info about what might be causing issues with my car, along with recommendations and gave me a good price on the services they provided. The initial diagnostic fee was credited towards my service too which is nice. They werent pushy, didnt try to upsell anything, just told me straight uo this is what we think about the status of your vehicle. Good, honest people who aren't in the business to get rich quick, but are in it to provide quality service and advice and just help their customers. Very happy with my experience here, hopefully I won't have to come back because my car runs better! But if I do then I wouldn't think twice about returning to elite auto. Truly a good business.

This place is the best! The owner works the front desk and she is so kind and super friendly. I take all my cars here for oil changes and the price is very good. My keyless fobs stopped working and the Toyota dealer wanted $269 just to diagnose it. She had a mobile tech come out and he fixed it on the spot for $75.

Great place to take your car for repairs. I took my 2010, C300 BENZ for a fuel pump leak . Nina, was real friendly and honest with the pricing and explaining the issues with my car's fuel pump. They could have charged me for a new fuel pump but there was no need for it. All that was needed was a fuel pump O ring and a fuel pump cover . They are very honest and prices are very reasonable. Thank you Nina, Im 100% satisfied.

I went in expecting them to upsell me on everything especially that my MACAN was older. The beautiful receptionist Nina quoted me a price for my oil change but after it was completed the price was less because they used less oil than quoted. I am very pleased with my recent experience at Elite Auto! Nina and her team took care of our 2017 VW GTI with 60k miles. Front brake set; pads, disc and rotors were professionally replaced by Elite.
