Truly a breath of fresh air when dealing with all of the heartache that car issues can bring. I’ve taken my Infiniti to Elite Auto Solutions twice now and both experiences have been great. Pricing is fair and transparently communicated. Raul worked diligently to coordinate with my warranty company in order to provide a quality repair at an affordable price. They even offered a loaner car during the time of the repair. I highly recommend this shop for any maintenance needs!

Extremely unprofessional team! I took time off the day before to go confirm a date for my car inspection, front desk told me he will be there the next day from 8 to 11, next day I took time off from work, go there in rain, just for him to tell me he is not there and there was only a possibility of him being there! No regards for your time! Don’t waste your time there

I have been coming here consistently for over a year, so I feel comfortable writing a review. I drive 25 min so I can come to this shop. Very kind and honest people. Raul is excellent and professional. I appreciate the quality and kindness of the staff. They are AAA certified so that adds comfort to knowing they have standards. I would recommend this shop to young females like me who want honest and reliable service. Thank you all

My 2024 GMC Sierra Elevation decided to crank over but not start, along with throwing a bunch of error messages, after my wife and I had checked into our motel. After calling AAA and getting a tow set up (another story for another day.......), AAA recommended Elite as one of their certified shops and only a couple miles away. Seeing that it was late, after 10pm on a Thursday night, and with a weekend coming up, and my desire to avoid a dealership if possible (we live 6 hours from Dallas, and dealerships are notorious for keeping vehicles for sometimes weeks or months), and j dependent shop was perfect. Next morning I called and described the symptoms to Raul, and we discussed possible scenarios. I knew they would have to do diagnostics, and also knew from researching these vehicles that the possibility of them not being able to replicate the symptoms was very real. Fast forward to Monday.......Raul called and we discussed what they found, which was what I suspected......battery, charging system, etc all checked out as functioning normally. Or as I put it to him on the phone, "just a glitch". I picked up the truck that afternoon. I think Rayl was as puzzled and disappointed as I was that the cause for the issue wasn't clear, but I was pleased that other than the diagnostic fee I owed nothing. I have nothing but praise for Elite. There was nothing manifestly "wrong" that they could detect. I am disappointed in GM, for sure. A quick online search found numerous similiar (some exact, down to the error messages displayed at the time the truck was cranking over but not starting) owner issues with these trucks. That's not, I repeat NOT Elite's fault. It's a design flaw built into these overpriced, overly complicated vehicles we are being sold. Thank you, Elite! The truck got me back home to the Panhandle, and hasn't given me an issue since.

Once again, Elite Auto Solution has exceeded my expectations. They were transparent, honest, and provided a loaner vehicle. I was able to pickup my car the next day.

David was extremely helpful and got my truck looked at and repaired in less than 24 hours! He even lent me a phone charger to use overnight since my truck broke down while travelling!

Elite Auto Solutions did an outstanding job repairing my A/C compressor and replacing my spark plugs. The service was quick, professional, and the communication was excellent from start to finish. The front desk staff was welcoming and professional.

They did a great job. My car was making some wobbling and crunchy noises after years of off roading. They identified the issue and charged me a rate that I thought was fair. Thank you again for the technical expertise!

If you have a ton of money to spare, if you love paying twice, or three times, what others charge you for the same service, THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU!!! If you enjoy being ripped off, do not hesitate, this is the place for you. Do you want to pay $700 for an AC service? Come on in!!! Where others charge less than $300, here you will pay $700. But they will justify that price by saying that without the diagnostic, they wouldn’t have been able to identify the issue. Problem is, diagnostic didn’t identify anything. Here’s their summary of the diagnostic: “System low, leak test does not show an active leak at this time. Must recharge with oil and dye to pinpoint the very small leak.” So they ended up doing a diagnostic for nothing and just did a normal AC service, for $530 when a normal price is under $300, plus the $159 of the diagnostic fee. All that to tell me that if I run out of AC again, they’ll have to give me a quote to fix the potential leak they could not identify. They will charge you a diagnostic fee for everything, even to identify a noise. They must have a powerful technology that identifies noises (not kidding, they really charge a diagnostic fee to identify where a noise comes from). Want the fee to NOT be waived from your repairs? Also the place for you. I got a $25 discount after explaining them that the garage across the road was charging me $260 instead of $700 for the AC service, so they gave me a $25 discount on the $159 diagnostic fee. If you like businesses that are a joke, please go see them today, the lovely dude at the reception (no kidding he’s actually very nice), will be very happy to receive you. Him and the excellent service provided by the mechanics are the only reason why I gave this “garage” 2 stars.

Raul, David and Brandon they took care of my vehicle, spot on. I explained that I took my vehicle to a mechanic, because my clutch went out. They didn't fix the problem, infact my clutch was going down to the floor. It's not supose to do that. Talking to David and Brandon they made feel confident in knowing how to it. And succeed!!!! I will be coming back, thanks guys for awesome work.

This is the second time I have taken my car to Elite. Both experiences were excellent and I will continue to bring my vehicles there for maintenance and repairs.

Wouldn't bother. They ignored all the info I gave on the phone, (make/model), gave an estimate 3x higher than any other shop. I asked "how can it be so much?". He said: "i don't have any idea what you're talking about, so i just said a number that would cover it". I've spoken to mechanics all morning, this shop is not interested in getting you back on the road. It's a cash grab. Any shop that says "we don't build estimated over the phone" is trying to have you you're your car there so they can charge you ABSURD prices.

Amazing customer service! Multiple members of the team personally inquired about the issue I was facing - a defective part was installed on my first visit, I noticed an awful noise and recorded a video while the screeching took place. The staff immediately identified the cause, and replaced the part free of charge.. my car is now driving as if there was never an issue, whatsoever. Great staff, great work, and they even price match! 100% I will 100% be a repeat customer and definitely recommend Elite if you are in need of a great crew to work on your vehicle!!

They repaired a vapor leak in my feul system( a repair I had to have) and cleaned and adjusted my emergency brake( a repair I wanted). They also taught me how to release the emergency brake to prevent unnecessary wear. They have earned my future business!

I saw the great reviews of this place and it was close to my house so I brought my car here for a diagnosis. They did a great job and did not try to charge me one bit! They also gave me an oil change which was very reasonably priced.

Had three things go out at the same time. I had these guys do some of the work and did most of it on my own. When I couldn't diagnose the last vibration one of the guys went on a test drive with me and was spot on with his diagnosis. Great knowledge, great workers, great warranties.

Very frustrating and disappointing experience. I brought my vehicle in for a check engine light after having the code read at another auto shop just an hour earlier. Despite already having the code, I was still charged an additional $155 for diagnostics, followed by nearly $400 more in recommended repairs. I clearly communicated that I had already spent a significant amount on my vehicle elsewhere and was hoping this visit would finally resolve the issue. Less than two weeks later, the check engine light returned while I was out of town for Thanksgiving. The day after Thanksgiving, I had the engine rechecked and received a diagnostic code related to the same issue. This was extremely stressful, especially after spending so much money and during the holidays with my family. When I called on Monday after they reopened, I explained that the check engine light was back on and shared the similar diagnostic code I had just received. I was told that since my initial repair is under warranty, they would look at the vehicle and ensure everything was fixed properly. However, a few hours later I was contacted with a new quote for an additional $500 and was told I was being done a “service” by not being charged again for diagnostics, even though I arrived with the code already provided. Overall, the issue was not resolved despite significant cost, and I was left feeling that customer concerns came secondary to additional charges. NOTE: When I picked up my vehicle after the initial repair, I noticed the idle was still fluctuating and brought it to their attention. I was told to “just drive it and see what happens,” rather than having the concern properly addressed. I would advise others to PROCEED WITH CAUTION when seeking service here

Went here a while back and was not impressed. The receptionist was very condescending and made me feel stupid for using basic language. I was there because my engine was overheating and I was out of town. I had already suspected it was a coolant leak and asked if I could just get a jug of tap water to cool it down temporarily so I could get home, but they said they couldn't do that and gave me some bull crap about "liability". Sure, whatever. They then said I needed to pay over $200 just to diagnose the issue. I told them it was likely a leak, but they said they still needed to do the whole diagnostic process and that it would count towards the repair. I was already annoyed, but I decided to pay it so I could get it fixed already. They then called the next day confirming a coolant leak from the radiator and quoted me $3,000 to get it replaced. I could not believe my ears. I told them I would not be paying that and to leave my car out so I could get it towed to my house. This place is a total rip off. The ONLY thing good about this place is that they offered a courtesy Lyft ride to where I needed to go. EVERYTHING else about it was horrible. I do NOT recommend.
