Great guy that runs this place and he does great work.. Fuel pump randomly broke and destroyed other things with it.. he accepted my car after hours and it was ready the next day with a new thermostat and oil change as well.. Great service!!

Today is another day & this jack leg low class mechanic named Taylor has refused to give me a receipt for services he claimed he did yesterday with additional lights in the dash for abs sensors. Financial dispute was reported to Wells Fargo for a refund.

After receiving horrible service from Dusty's (through AAA), Elite Auto was re-dispatched to my call and not only did they show up promptly and charge me only $75 for a winch-out that Dusty's had quoted me almost $400 for, the tow truck driver who came out was polite, professional and friendly. He even jumped my car for free after the battery died because the hazards had been on for so long. I was so glad to have him out there after the rudeness and condescension that Dusty's showed me.

Taylor is INCREDIBLE. I was bringing my car in for an Emissions test and unfortunately the dreaded Service light came on. He was able to stay with that same time frame to resolve my light issue and went ahead and did the emissions test at the same time. The total turnaround was less than a day. I will only be going to Taylor and Elite of Durham from now on! Couldn't say enough positive things without turning this review into a novel. Thank you Taylor!

Called on a Thursday for an inspection, scheduled for the following day. I showed up a bit early and the guys at Elite were awesome! The place is very old school, 100% my type of shop. Had some cool conversations as my car was inspected. Quick, easy, painless... definitely going to me my go-to shop for all my projects/misc jobs! Definitely recommend this place.

Took a 2004 BMW 330I to this shop in the A.M. Car stayed their all day & issue appears worst than when I dropped it off. More lights came on in the dash. Taylor (mechanic) allegedly put abs sensors on. Then claim at almost 9pm, that his scanner wasn't working to reset the lights. Like he couldn't have made sure he had all the tools before now that works! This is after money had already been paid to him. Who does this kind of mess at a business? Straight money hungry scam. Likely have no idea how to work on certain areas at least of a BMW. Just lies on top of lies.

The people at Elite were the absolute sweetest. I just moved to the area and didn’t realize my tag was expiring. A lovely gentleman did my state inspection in the pouring rain for me and was able to squeeze me in after work. They were so kind and quick. I was able to stay in my car and he even made sure I didn’t get wet. There were no extra fees and paying was super easy. They will be my new go to for inspections and repairs down the line. Can’t recommend them enough :)

I asked on my neighborhood page and then I proceeded to check the websites and reviews for a shop that could give me city experience with country customer service. The reviews were correct that “EOD” is quick and efficient with vehicle inspections. I did not have to spend a half day just to get this done. Was in and out within 30 minutes (just like my previous Oxford residency). I hate when I have to select a date for appointments for a small task. I hate when shops try to keep me in the sitting area to justify the charge—as in: I always say yah paying for what I know!!! (if its 30 dollars for 15 minutes that’s what it is🤗and I’m a technician) I got to go in the morning hours, (and have the rest of my day for MY projects) on the city hilltop for my vehicle #BlackBaby’s inspection🤓
