I had the frontend repaired in October 2016. Recently I noticed that the headlight was not clear as moisture was in the lamp unit. Empire Autoworks replaced the headlamp without charge a year and one- half later. And they even washed the car too! Excellent service.

They fixed a big dent which was on corner Bumper on my moms new Jetta. $50!!!!!!!! They actually had issues with register using credit card and told my nephew don’t worry about it. The day after my husband and I bought our brand new car, we were hit by a neighbor who pulled into the street without looking; he clipped our back bumper and part of the body of the car. Luckily, the other driver was insured and very cooperative. We were referred to Empire Auto Works for the repair by the place where we bought our car from and they were amazing! It looks just like new again! They worked with the insurance companies very well and took care of everything in no time. Two thumbs up from both of us!

Our mechanic recommended Empire when a deer did some damage to the front end of our car. Brooks was able to repair the car quickly at a reasonable price. Someone backed into my car and then I was rear ended about 5 months after that. My brother works for a dealership that uses Empire so he recommended them to me. I took my car to Brooks both times and couldn't have been happier either time. Both times he got my car back to me within a few days and it looked brand new. Brooks and Empire were top-notch from our first interaction to the last. We had just bought a car through an online dealer and it arrived with damage that occurred in transit. Brooks worked not only with us, but also the dealer who was being difficult. He patiently dealt with the company and was able to help us come to an agreement that worked for everyone. And then there was the work itself: Empire performed magic on our car, making it look like new. He even did extra things (like buffing out an area that had been badly repainted by the dealer) at no charge. Consummate professional whom we’d highly recommend to anyone.
