I’m a very hard customer to please, no one else in southern MD wanted to or could tackle the task of mounting my Mickey Thompson sportsman frontrunners/skinnies due to either lack of experience or inadequate machines and I have been searching for four years. A family member who is also into exotic cars like me recommended this company, Eternal Trendz. He said they do low profile tires and oversized rims so I decided to give them a chance. Pleasantly surprised for the customer service I received,the helpfulness and being able to tolerate my demands. Also most importantly, they completed the job flawlessly to my expectations. I’m very impressed and I highly recommend this automotive shop.

Went in with little to no money for some black wheels, they told me that i can use there layaway system to make payments. That was really helpful for people like me who want what they want but can't buy it right away. After i saw how cool the wheels looked i asked if they can tint my windows, and they were able to squeeze me in and tint them in less than an HR. 10/10 will get my next cars windows tinted there again.

This is the worst place to get your windows tinted. I will NEVER give this company any sort of business whatsoever. Tried to keep my consumer dollars local since moving to Waldorf, but had to take my vehicle back up to D&L Tinting in Baltimore County to get my windows redone. This is the second car in which I had to make three... That's right, three trips to get the tint right, and it still wasn't 100%. They charged me $250 for what looked like a $100 tint job. Also wanted me to pay $50 extra to cover the dot matrix on my rear window, whereas other places like D&L include this in their price. This place sucks with everything. Customer service is lacking as well. If I could give a negative rating of this place, I would.

Where do I begin. In June of 2021 I dropped of my VW Bus to have some fab work done and a paint job. I gave them 4500 at the time to begin my project. They gave me a quote of 9k. I left my bus with the understanding that the fab work included a 21 window conversion from a 11 window also included some rust repair to the body and paint. During that time they changed locations and the manager took my bus to his house. 1 year later they had barely touched it. In December of 2022 I drove to see my bus and found they had only worked on the quarter panel and tapping 1 rear window in, nothing else (I had to pull my bus and take it to Grumpys Metal in Huntington Beach CA paid them 6k to do the job Eternal Trendz was supposed to do the roof conversion) that's also when the manager asked for an additional $1500 to finish my fab work so I gave it to him under the assumption that the work would be done within months. It’s now January 2024. And my bus is no where near done. I requested a partial refund but William the owner is dodging my calls. I am ok with them keeping partial payment but I deserve my money back. They’re crooks. Be careful. Spoken to Kaitlin who is very rude when all I want to do is get my money.

Tried to give them the benefit of the doubt. Took my cars to them for some speakers. Not only did they KEEP my factory speakers but they did the absolute WORSE install i ever had. They told me i had to turn the volume ALL the way up for it to sound good and it still had NO bass. They were more proud of the fact they HID the wires than the actual sound. Car had absolutely NO bass coming out so i went to the place i should have gone to begin with and NOW my car sounds EXCELLENT. I plan to go see where my factory speakers are and after that, NEVER go back.
