I cant understand how they have good reviews! I went for just an oil change and tire rotation and they tried to upsell me just the front brakes for $470. The guy told me on the phone the front 2 brakes were one width, but then the same exact guy told my (male) fiance in person that they were a different width and that they "still had some life left". When we told them the brakes were changed less than a year ago and that i only drive a few days a week he then tried to say that its because all companies recently changed the material they make brake pads from and now they last 20% less than they used to. I later looked at the estimate for the brakes because that price seemed incredibly high just for front brakes and he included new rotors in the upsell but never once mentioned anything about my rotors. He just tried to include them in the charge. The whole thing just smelled so fishy so we went home and actually checked one of the brake pads on the front and it was perfectly fine and does NOT need changing. They did do an oil change and tire rotation and to my knowledge they did decent work there (nothing I can see wrong anyway) but the whole brakes thing does NOT sit right with me. Save your money and go somewhere more trustworthy.

I went for an oil change here because they had a $26 coupon off an oil change when I got there Chandler helped me Answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable. My coupon didn’t work at first that’s when Mark jumped in and they were very helpful End of story they were very helpful and nice and I got $26 off my oil change haha

I normally always go to the express oil change on memorial blvd in front of Kroger in Murfreesboro Tn. Today I pulled in and asked how much was it to get my driver side headlight changed? He proceeded to tell me they don't charge if they can get to it just the price of the bulb. I said ok. My oil change was fast as usual. The guy stopped at my window and said the bulb is going to be $17 I said ok cool. I get my bill which is normally under $65. It was $97 so I simply asked the guy that billed me why I was charged 29.99 for a light when I was quoted at $17. He said hang on. He comes back with 3 guys and the "I guess lead" says what's your problem I'm hearing 3 different stories. I proceeded to tell him I was told the light was $17. He says well this guy said you said $20,then $25 now it's $17? I said this guy here told me 17. The guy spoke up and said I misquoted my apologies. Then the first guy(lead) proceeds to say so what's the problem because I can take that light out and put your old non working light back. And we usually charge $75 to replace your light bc we take the bumper off (which they didn't have to do!) So what do you want to do? I said I was inquiring bc I was misquoted.Thank God I had the money. But the service today was absolutely terrible. The guy who did fix my light (Brey) was the only one not hostile towards me. It was very uncomfortable especially because it was all of them around my car and I was the only car there at the time. I would not recommend this oil change place to anyone else after my experience this morning.

Skyler, Tyler and Isaac takes great care of me at Express. Even though they joke with me since I’ve been coming there since 2016 and they were only 11 years old. Express has always treated me like family, take care of my oil changes and wheel alignments! Both of my vehicles are 2003 models and they have over a half million miles between those two I still take long distance trips without even thinking about it, because I know they take care of me! Great job as always fellas!
