This business is not dependable when it comes to honoring scheduled appointments. While it may be a convenient option for quick oil changes, I would not recommend it for other services. I scheduled a tire rotation and arrived on time, checking in without issue. However, after 30 minutes, my truck had not been moved, and at least a dozen vehicles were promptly attended to for oil changes. This isn't the first time I’ve experienced this pattern at this location. During my last visit, I was told my vehicle would be serviced shortly, yet I waited over 90 minutes for a simple tire rotation. This time, when I asked for my keys back, I was told it would be pulled into the bay in just 10 more minutes. This is what they said the I received the last time. Unlike last time, I chose not to wait any longer and left. To be clear, the technician I spoke with was polite and professional, but it was obvious he was frustrated. *****Update***** The manager called me and apologized for the inconvenience and my experience. He offered to get me right in the following day. I went back in and had a great on time service. The professional of him and the staff was amazing. I really appreciate him calling, trying to understand what happened. I will try this shop again in the future.

I went in for an oil change today, Trevor was my technician today. He’s also the assistant manager. Very Friendly customer service! Very proficient! Quick service & he explain everything properly, gave recommendations and asked if I had any other questions. Took great care of us today. 10/10 experience! Keep up the good work Trevor! I’ve never had any bad experiences actually! I’ve been coming to express oil change locations for the last 4yrs. Always satisfactory service at every location between Simpsonville & Pelham Road! Very affordable as well!

I needed to get to work and my tire was leaking air at a fast rate, couldn’t figure out why. Went into the store when they were about to close and explained the situation and that I had to make it to work and they stayed past close to help me out. I’ve had my brake pads changed in two cars here and bought several tires from them over the course of a couple years

Never coming back. Brought it in for a single TPS sensor replacement I scheduled with Gideon the day before. Appt not on the books. 20 min later the tech (CJ) says he has to run to the other store for a sensor. 30min later he torques on the tire and then disappears without a word for 30 minutes WITH my car. Returns and blames Ford for him not knowing how to reset the sensor.

Called to see if they could diagnose a leak in my oil tank, and Will answered the phone very politely and explained I didn’t need an appointment to do so and could come right in. Came in and Gideon was super helpful, explained the issue to me clearly and even showed me where my gasket was leaking. Kind guys, definitely making a point to only coming here for car services—y’all should too.

They're decent depending on when you go. It's hit and miss on wait time, but that's not their fault. The 4 star is not a reflection of the staff or their efficiency, but more of a heads up that they are in a prime location and they do get hecticly busy at times. Just trying to manage expectations.

Horrific. Destroyed my daughter’s truck by leaving the cap loose at a regular oil change. Oil drained out and starved the engine. Two of their service techs said the cap was loose when she took it back and an independent mechanic also confirmed that was the issue. Their Asst Manager, Brandon, confirmed via telephone that they looked at video footage and did their due diligence and took full responsibility for causing the issue and were going to fix it. I asked Gideon (the Manager) to pull the recording of that phone call and he said he’d try his best and gave me the runaround. Their tech, Trevor, left a voicemail stating he was changing the belt and the Manager Gideon lied and backtracked on everything. They never changed it. I have the voicemail stating they were changing the belt out and a recording of Gideon stating they didn’t. They refused to bring the truck back to us after paying to have it towed there. They wanted me to come down there to do an “investigation” even though I know nothing about cars. These people are extremely shady. DO NOT TAKE YOUR AUTO HERE.

Jacob and Patrick took excellent care of my car. They realized my air filter needed attention and quickly took care of that after thoroughly explaining why it needed to be replaced. They were quick, efficient and could not have been friendlier. The right people can make even a job like getting you oil changed a pleasant experience! I cannot recommend highly enough.

Another great experience Monday getting the oil and filter changed. Greeted by Brandon and after pulling into the bay William took over and explained all in detail of work done and inspections made on car. Both were very courteous and knowledgeable and made the visit pleasant. First time taking daughter there with her car, but we have been going there for some time now with both our cars. Had some laughs with William and he explained some things for next visit we may want to consider having done but was not pushy at all which I liked and reason for coming back as well. Hope to have them next time we go in as well. Hope you guys get a shout out in the morning meeting too!!!

I went to Express Oil Change today for the first time. I received a recommendation from my neighbor, as I was looking for a new place to service my truck. WOW! The service was fantastic! I got an oil change & tire rotation. William, JB, & Justin were all super friendly, very thorough, made recommendations of which I was glad to receive, efficient, and very informative, as all of the guys working were. I'm a bit picky about who works on my truck. I will DEFINITELY be going back. It's so nice to receive such friendly & competent service these days, as I feel it's a bit scarce. Furthermore, everyone working was communicating with each other and seemed happy to be there. I like that!
