I had an excellent experience at this tire shop! The staff is very friendly, honest, and incredibly helpful from start to finish. They took the time to explain my options, worked efficiently, and made sure I got exactly what I needed and Tim let me know what other things were wrong that are effecting other sounds that are being made. The service was quick and the prices were fair. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending them to others. Highly recommend! Tim and Alex were both very knowledgeable people to work with!

Cody was extremely helpful this morning when I took my vehicle up there. A little backstory; I woke up to a dead flat tire. I filled it with air and brought it to the closest tire shop I could find (mavis). I advised him I didn’t have an appointment. He stated that it wasn’t an issue, and got my car in the shop in a reasonable amount of time (less than 30 minutes). I decided to leave the car, as I had a busy morning. Cody called me shortly after and stated that they couldn’t work on my vehicle due to it having wheel spacers. I went back up there, confused, because I detest wheel spacers and would never have them on my vehicle. He stated that he works the front office, and was unsure about them, but pointed them out to me. The spacer he was referring to is actually my 2 piece rotor. After advising his manager of his findings, my car was promptly put on a rack to locate the source of my flat tire. During this time, Cody and I chatted. He genuinely cares about customer service, and ensures that everything is handled correctly. One tech approached me and complemented my car (I didn’t catch his name, but he was also friendly). The manager assisted with my tire as well! He was very hands on, because no one could find a leak in my tire. The manager, a different tech, and Cody all spent ample time looking for any foreign bodies lodged in my tire, checked the valve stem, and wheel to determine what would cause it to go flat over night. After no culprit was found, the manager filled the tire with air, put it on the ground and said he wanted to let it sit for 10 minutes to ensure it wasn’t actually leaking. The tire, valve stem, and wheel all appeared to be in serviceable condition, and I wasn’t charged for any services. Cody profusely apologized for the confusion regarding my 2 piece rotors, and I was sent home with the peace of mind knowing that I didn’t have an issue with my wheel/tire. Now to check my cameras to see if an ex flattened my tire 😂😂

Walked in this morning without an appointment. Cody was very nice and explained they were down an employee and it might take longer for the service. It took longer to get to the car than expected, and then it took longer to figure out where the leak was coming from. Cody & Landon went above and beyond to find the issue and fix it. Cody keptva positive upbeat attitude the whole time AND even apologized for how long it took (no fault of theirs). That type of customer service stands out. I will definitely be back!

The new manager helped with last minute check on my vehicle as it started vibrating when driving over certain speeds. They did a tire balance and advised the issue may also be caused by an issue with the suspension. They didn't charge me for the balancing and said "it's Christmas" and I was so grateful. They have great customer service and they've earned customers for the long haul. Definitely recommend!

The prices were comparable to other locations, but without the hassle of having to pay ahead to get the tires you want versus what they have on hand.
