I've been taking my car to Express Oil Change for years, but had never used their auto repair services. This week I was so impressed with the way Eli talked me through my car issues over the phone, even cautioning me against doing unnecessary work on the car. He pointed me toward reputable transmission shops. When I came in to get my brakes checked, and expressed willingness to get brake work done, Eli again advised me to wait and see what I find out from the transmission shop, before investing in brake work. Brian, Eli, and the team blew me away with the way they explained to me, and showed me (in the bay) what my car's issues were. The treatment I received here definitely made me want to return, for more than just oil changes.

I came into this location because my spare tire was off under my Chrysler Town and Country van. It needed to be aired up and put back, which is quite the task, and the team here was quick to help! Peyton worked with me the most and I couldn't have felt more taken care of. Wow! Customer service was 10/10 and spot on. He gave me assurance immediately that he was going to have it taken care of. This shop is hands down the best one I have been to in my 20 years of owning cars. Everyone is so professional, kind, and helpful. They are a pleasure to work with and do not try and “upsell” like other shops. They are fast, efficient, and communicate frequently. I cannot say enough good things about them. The best experience I’ve ever had with a mechanic shop. I had my oil changed last week and it was quick and the guys were happy to check on some concerns I had with my vehicle. They checked what they could during the oil change and suggested I make an appointment to come back to have the mechanic take a look. I made the appointment easily online and went back a few days later. Daniel took care of me and he was great. Explained everything in detail and with honesty. He didn’t charge me because the issue was related to a recall that has to be done at the dealer shop. They didn’t try to sell me on unnecessary services and even secured a loose panel they saw while checking for a coolant leak. This is where I will be taking my cars from now on!

Scheduled an appointment online for tire rotation and balance. The guy refused to do a balance even before looking at my car. Kept arguing with me how he wouldn’t recommend it. Although I kept saying I want to pay for him to balance. Took my service elsewhere. Will not be back.

I have been going to the place in Simpsonville Next to Starbucks for years even after the one time they didn't tighten my oil filter and I found a big oil slick in my driveway. Took it back and they blamed it on the truck model (2021 Chevy Silverado). They said that they only hand tighten the oil filter because oil filter wrenches dont work. We'll they did it again on my 2025 Chevy Silverado and of course they are not open on Sunday so I have to go get oil so my engine doesn't blow up or lock up. They have lost my service! Well Express Oil has my service back. They contacted me after initial review and apologized for the mistake. Offered to make it right and they did. Thanks
