Dillon and Amanda absolutely ruled. I came in a little late in the day but they were able to squeeze me in and the service was quick and professional, and the conversation was fantastic. This place is out of my way compared to most tire spots but based on today I'll probably end up coming to Firestone primarily now

Stopped by with an issue with my car today and David at the Five Forks location in Simpsonville was awesome. Went above and beyond to help me and provided excellent customer service. You’re lucky to have him. Give that man a raise!

My grandaughter went to this Firestone location with a tire that was low. They told her she had 3 nails in the tire and she needed a new tire. Fortunately she had been warned about this place. She declined their service, drove to Discount Tire where they told her there were zero nails in her tires. Put air in her tires, rotated tires. All free. My last experience... Had a coupon for $49.95 oil and filter change. They presented a bill for $76. I flatly refused this suspicious upcharge and they reluctantly honored the coupon. I have lost trust with those running this shop.

The working Dillon was such a pleasure to speak with. He explained everything well and made me smile. I really enjoyed my time there and they serviced my car in less than a hour. Definitely love it here and enjoy everyone there.

They wouldn't install my brand new tires on my rims that I brought to the store I had to go to an off-brand Mexican tire store to install my tires on my rims for my Audi A4 service manager didn't want to install them if they didn't have no one there with experience to install them they should have just said that instead of telling me my tires are old and it was over 5 years old when they wasn't will not use you again or recommend them

Samantha, the Service Manager is always amazing when I come in, as well as the rest of the team here! Forthright, educational, and always trying to do their best to help me stay on the road. And refreshing to see a company that has women not only up front, but working as technicians as well. Outstanding job Josh, Sam, Amanda, Dillon and David! Keep it up.

I took my daughters car in for an oil change and tire rotation and was amazed by the service teams interactions with customers and one another. The service here has always been pretty good. The team members, David Braun, Amanda King, and Service Manager Samantha Zanetti have taken customer service to a higher level that I haven’t witnessed in years. Their interactions with customers both in person were outstanding, they are patient, and great at explaining what services your vehicle needed( No upselling pressure) and recommendations for maintaining your vehicle. This team handled whatever issues came their way like a fine tuned machine. Samantha’s Management skillset is natural and contagious (you can’t teach this…). Her management style is evident is evident in how David and Samantha work well together, really care about their interactions with customers and one another. Their natural ability to give and receive feedback from each other is organic not manufactured. This is a great team here I can see them being future leaders . Refreshing to see young folks who get it!!!

If your hard-earned money means anything of value to you, do yourself a favor and avoid these duplicitous charlatans like your life depends on it. A year ago, I came to this location to have 4 new tires and wheels installed on a new (to me) car. I paid one thousand dollars for the tires and installation. Mind you, they are Firestone brand tires. Not only that, I got a road hazard warranty. This is an important detail. Fast forward to today. Due to either the cold weather, or Firestone tires being just as low-quality as their employees, I find that both front tires have massive cracks in them. I have never been reckless with my car or run into any large potholes, so I assume my warranty will cover this damage. I call Firestone and they tell me that since they're covered by a road hazard warranty, I'll just need to pay the $9 inspection fee and they will be replaced. I go to Firestone, and after my inspection, I am told that replacing the tires will cost $200. I tell the employees that they should be covered on a warranty, and their response is, "Yes, but these tires have been driven." Please make it make sense that you offer a ROAD HAZARD WARRANTY that is VOIDED IF THE TIRES ARE DRIVEN ON THE ROAD! I must have missed the memo that when people buy tires, they stack them neatly in their homes and admire them from afar instead of driving on them. What an absolute joke. If you want to spend one thousand dollars on tires that will last a year, I highly recommend Firestone! If you're a big fan of being deceived, taken advantage of, or greed in general, look no further, friend! Firestone has got you covered. In blood. From stabbing you in the back.

On July 28, 2023, I purchased a set of tires from Firestone at 2523 Woodruff Road for $1,716.68, which included Road Hazard Protection at $12.99 per tire. The tires had a 50,000-mile tread warranty, and my vehicle's mileage was 65,217. I also had a four-wheel alignment check performed at the time. On January 13, 2025, at 87,300 miles, I returned due to a slow leak in the rear passenger tire. After my initial inspection suggested no visible punctures or leaks, Firestone determined the tire needed a patch. They informed me the tire no longer met their tread standards (distinct from state regulations) and recommended replacing all four tires. I chose to replace only the damaged tire under the Road Hazard Protection plan. Having driven 22,083 miles on the tire, I anticipated a prorated discount of approximately $167.27. However, I was credited only $45.62. My total bill was $311.43, which included a new $25 Road Hazard Protection fee—higher than the original $12.99—and additional installation charges. This mandatory renewal of Road Hazard Protection was not explained to me upfront. While I appreciated their service, I was disappointed by the lack of transparency regarding charges and the low reimbursement under the Road Hazard Protection plan. Based on this experience, I recommend potential customers clarify all costs in advance.

I brought my Jeep in for a tire alignment. Amanda King helped me and she did a fantastic job. She took the time to explain the process to me and made sure I was satisfied with everything before I left. I’ll be a returning customer because of her customer service and the quality work Firestone mechanics deliver.

I had a great experience at this Firestone location for a flat tire that had to be replaced . The staff was friendly, professional, and explained everything clearly before doing any work on my car. The service was quick and the pricing was fair. It’s hard to find honest auto service these days, and they truly exceeded my expectations. I will definitely be returning!

I took it in for new tires. They recommended $1000+ of "upsell". I "bit" and had break fluid, coolant, serpentine belt and rear shocks changed. They called me at 6:50pm that day to pick it up (10 minutes before closing). They said that it was ready and fine. I raced there to get it before closing. When I started it up, it made a "God Awful" noise. The serpentine belt was improperly installed and was SQUEALING...VERY LOUDLY! I had to leave it overnight, and lost use of it for another day...my wife had to come back and get me, and now I we had to do more trips to Firestone (PiTA)! Over night, they sent me a work order for another $330+ for a new belt/pulley/tensioner (including additional labor)! I called them the next day to find out what happened, and they apologized and said that it was fixed (new belt only). They said that their Head Technician had inspected it carefully, and declared everything was fine. It seems OK now, but I am worried about changing the belt only (a new pulley/tensioner is typically recommended as well, and I thought that the $200 charge included those as well as the belt...it turns out that it did not...they never gave me the option for a new belt and tensioner along with serpentine belt). They also had recommended changing the engine air filter. I decided to do that myself. While changing it, I found that ALL 4 engine air filter case retention clamps were left unclamped (after their "careful" inspection) and could very easily have fallen off! Unbelievable! VERY disappointing! I don't see how I can trust them going forward!

This Firestone is the best in the area. They’ve undergone significant improvements since 2022 and other reviews. I have always been treated with kindness, professionalism, and honesty here. This team truly cares about their clients and their vehicles. I don’t understand the reviews berating them for simply doing their job. My car feels safer and just better whenever I have service performed here. The mechanics, managers, desk staff, phone staff are all incredibly polite and will go out of their way to assist you. Kindness always gets kindness in return. Also cannot beat their lifetime alignment program and their pricing on tires is phenomenal. I have never felt “upsell” or “urgent” sales tactics / just professional honesty from people who KNOW cars and tires. Five Forks residents / this should be your go to auto shop!
