We took our car to have it checked out, due to not starting or wanting to accelerate. The computer code seemed to imply it had a fuel issue when we checked that ourselves. We were told we needed a complete engine replacement. Which was quoted at just a petite $10,000!!!!! Of course completely devastated to hear that considering we just got this car. Which for that diagnosis put us back about $200 alone in addition to a massive stress on our lives. We took it somewhere else to have a second opinion on it. Told we needed a new fuel pump, which was less than $800 total in charges. I’d give zero stars if I could for this….

Patrick acted like he did me a favor to charge me almost $700 for a Mercedes Headlamp replacement. $630 labor to change a lightbulb really ? My 17 year old daughter needed help and I was 2 hours away on a project and not there to negotiate on her behalf on very simple automotive safety service she greatly needed and honestly is a half hour DIY. An itemized invoice before you completed the service to the paying adult would have been appreciated. I told her to go ahead and get it done because I’m thinking $250-300. I certainly understand making a profit but overcharging $400 is a little out of bounds….first and last time I do business here. I’m a 20 year business owner and blasting is an absolute last resort but you absolutely took advantage of a situation.

First time client, and very impressed with the professionalism of this team. After my initial phone call advising them of my vehicle issues, I was advised of the process which I found to be user friendly as every step could be tracked online. Everyone was friendly and attentive when I dropped my vehicle off for service… your service oriented environment coupled with welcoming atmosphere is very much appreciated. Anyone taking the time to review posts reviews will quickly learn why customers choose to service their vehicles at this establishment. Thank you

Great new location that come to serve our community's, I meet the owners Will and Katie Fogarty and there staff, they are great people, very honest. They answer my questions, the technicians work hard to find my noice problem, I was lucky, I was a walk in and they toke care of me ASAP and offer me a shuttle back home if I need it. the facility is great, clean bathroom, nice sitting and coffee area. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️+⭐️ This place deserves a extra ⭐️👌🇺🇸💪

I was initially excited to see the 4.9 star review and close proximity to my home. Came in with a specific problem on my car, paid for a complete diagnostic to ascertain the problem, and was given a long list of things needing to be fixed on my car. I was told that this was everything that needed attention, but the noise persisted. After I came back from being out of town, I called Chris and explained that the problem I initially came in for has only become worse. He wanted to set up an appointment. I asked if it would cost me anything for another diagnostic and he said he couldn’t tell me one way or another. This is terrible customer service. A mechanic should stand behind their work and not charge for another test when they failed to find the problem in the first place. I’m sad to see that this company will take advantage of a single woman when given the opportunity. I have been and will continue to tell everyone I know that this company will not only take any opportunity to inflate your costs, but will also not stand behind their work.

Oil Change and filter and engine air filter price was reasonable but in my opinion it went down hill from there. They said I needed to have the AC flushed and refilled because it was leaking and that was why the AC only worked on and off. Well I never experienced any issues with the AC, never said we had any AC problems and there is no sign of a leak, I think (my opinion) there would be oil showing around any area there was a leak. The price they quoted was over $500.00 to flush and fill the AC but nothing about having to fix any leak. Then the cabin air filter which you can a buy a by standard one get on Amazon for $6.00 or go all out and pay $12.00. The replacement is done by opening the glove box all the way to get behind it, push on to little tabs in front of the filter door, slide the old one out, slide new one in, close the filter door and close the glove box. Moving really really slow it might take 5 minutes. The cost of the part and labor was $80.00. I know there must by a markup on parts and labor but for , I’m guessing the filter cost Christian Brothers $6.00 to $8.00 worst cast $10.00 and 5 minutes to install. $80 seems way overpriced to me. The estimate for the break pad replacement, in my opinion was way overpriced about $200.00 over what premium brake pads with rotor resurfacing would cost at places like Brakes for Less. Anyway, this is my opinion on my visit to Christian Brothers and would not recommend to anyone.

I took my 2014 Honda Odyssey that has never once missed or been late on an oil change there because her engine light came on. They presented me with a repair estimate of over 4k, for a new cylinder head, plus darn near everything else. I freaked out, paid over $180 just for them to grin and hand out a death sentence, and drove her home. She was just being a little sluggish wth!? Mind you, she Has no leaks! So, my certified mechanic friend checked her and her codes were p3400 and p2099. One could be oil pressure sensor and the other could be O2 sensor or clogged cat according to research.(And hope) I really felt the hand of God in this- I nearly got squashed by Christian Bros! Merry Christmas indeed. The irony of them wishing me this as they fleeced me out of $180+ and then tried to put me into a state of deathly despair was quite the kick to the groin. They started with the most extreme repairs as the only option, and no, not happening on a vehicle I only owe 4k on. Ladies, steer clear. This made me so paranoid that I traded my 2014 Honda for a 2024 Nissan Versa, and it shall never visit this establishment.

I brought my car in late for an issue it was having not starting. The team at CBA looked at it first thing in the morning, ran tests, determined nothing to be wrong. They didn’t charge me for anything, nor try to upsell me anything as well. The point is, the team at CBA was honest and didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need. I trust them.

Christian Brothers were very efficient and timely with there service and maintenance. I really appreciated the detailed report of potential fixes before the estimate and payment. I had my 2017 Hyundai Elantra worked on and the damage I had caused to my engine was very pricey but I wouldn't have trusted anyone else to help me out! Side note: Thank yall for the saving those kittens and looking out for them! I'm so glad to have been able to give them a good home 🥹❤️

The folks at the W. Georgia Road location were very courteous, professional and friendly. They confirmed the auxiliary battery warning on my wife’s car. The work was scheduled to address the situation and my wife’s car was ready the next day. An added bonus, which I wasn’t expecting, is their shuttle service. That service was the icing on the cake. Thanks Team CBA W. Georgia Road location!

These guys are the best!!! I made one phone call, that’s all!! My 2005 Ford Explorer Sport Trac was stuck in 4wd mode. They told me to bring it in. They was able to squeeze me in, I really appreciate them getting me back on the road. It’s tough being out of town and break down. They understood . The staff was real friendly and understanding. They throughly explain the problem and fix it! I made it back to Georgia safely. Thanks!!! I appreciate everything . I highly recommend taking your vehicle here for all your automotive needs.

Mind blown..Called this shop made an appointment for 4 pm for an oil change and to have a fresh set of tires mounted and balanced. Told me I was good and see ya on Friday. I show up on Friday at 4 pm and the employee behind the counter says it will take them nearly 3 hours to perform an oil change and do the tires. And there wasn't enough time. On top of telling me that they and I quote "we don't have the tire spinning thing". We don't do tires here. So I walked out, if thats how they are they aren't touching my Benz or any of my other vehicles. Complete waste of my time, these guys suck. I don't get off work until 330 so your employee is lying. I wouldn't make the appointment for 3:00. Now your dishonest and unprofessional, trying to down play your screw up today. You guys are garbage and thats my opinion and the opinion I will give every individual that brings up your shop. You have a very merry Christmas as well.

Don't drive truck much but over a year since alignment was checked. Wanted to check. Initial condition all green. Service charge $0.00 nada. For the record I would have been happy with a 1/2 hour labor fee for checking. Highest recommendation for an honest shop

Had an oil change, radiator flush, and drive belts replaced. Good service. So far everything is working properly. Prices seem to be in line, although one price that was quoted for a recommended service seemed pretty high. They advertise a good warranty on parts and service so that is a plus.

Great experience, wheel alignment, had me in and out in less time than estimated and even gave me a discount that I wasn't aware I qualified to receive due to a purchase from a partner corporation. Everyone in the office was super polite and thorough. I highly recommend Christian Brothers Automotive!
