From the outside, this place can be deceiving. Inside, there is a a massive inventory of motorcycles that is absolutely stunning. There are several models and makes of bikes on the floor to look over. They have new and previously owned inventory. Whether you are there to browse or buy, they have a sales staff eager to assist you on your journey. They have a parts and service department to keep things running smooth.

Had a great experience buying a new 2020 Yamaha MT09. Dan was very helpful making the deal and Jon was helpful with questions multiple times before I made the purchase. Very pleased with the outcome and loving my new bike. I have had good experiences with both parts and service too. Everyone seems genuinely excited for me having the new bike. Only dealt with them over the phone, and they saved me a trip. Out of many motorcycle dealerships I've been to, apparently these guys are the only ones who DON'T DO TEST RIDES because "our insurance doesn't cover it." You might want to look into new insurance because every other dealership I've been to does, and you lost one (if not many more) customers.

Called Factory Powersports and they have the bike i wanted. Juan and Joe is the best interaction i had from buying a bike. They catered to my needs and more. Wish i reside close to them and let them service my bike but i’m hour n half away. Very very competitive pricing. Will come back for more next time. Great experience!!! Juan is extremely helpful and timely, I would highly recommend this dealer and Juan. I will not hesitate to buy another bike from them in the future. I’ve been around a lot of dealer and bought a few new vehicles, this was the easiest I have. Walked in, ran through the paperwork, exchanged money and loaded my CB1000R up and headed home. The whole experience took less then 60 mins and I had someone before me, had it not been Saturday it would be have been 30 or so!

We bought my son his first dirt bike at Factory Powersports in Santa Rosa, and the experience was top-notch. We’re repeat customers—my cousin bought his Ducati there—so we already had good expectations going in. I’ve been to other dealerships before and usually expect the typical delays, pressure sales tactics, and last-minute surprises. But not here. Juan was our main guy, and he really took care of us. He was transparent throughout the entire process and even called me a couple of times beforehand to make sure everything would be ready when I arrived. Since I live almost two hours away and had to get back to the Bay Area to pick up my kids from school, that kind of attention to detail made a huge difference. When I got there, everything went quickly and smoothly. The lady in finance (I wish I caught her name) was amazing too—friendly, efficient, and just overall great to deal with. They also gave me discounts on accessories and service even after the sale, which I really appreciated. It was well worth the drive, and I’d definitely make the commute again for service or future purchases. Kudos to Juan and the whole team at Factory Powersports!

I have purchased 5 bikes from them and have recommended multiple friends who have all bought bikes here. Dan is my go to guy, super chill and no pressure sales guy. He's there to help if you need it and they don't come over and bug you if your just looking around, which for me is appreciated, I'm in the camp that if I need help I'll ask for it. Every purchase I've made was cheaper than any other shops listed price and ultimately that's most important. When purchasing they have it down to an extremely efficient process, it's never taken longer than 30 min for me. They offer a discount on all in store items after making a vehicle purchase which is great, buy your first oil change items during this window. All my friends have had great a experience and so have I, good deals, good service, no pressure or salesman attitudes and quick processing. Can't ask for more honestly.

Drove 2 hours to get some KTM parts. System was down couldn’t look up parts and couldn’t give me any type of eta or when the system would be back up and running. Like nothing. At all. What a waste of a day. It’s not the unfortunate situation that lost them my business in the future. It’s the very predictable and consistent lack of any accountability, that is why I will never spend another dollar at this store. Look at the reviews, accountability is not something they do. As a customer, you should avoid this kind of customer service by any means necessary.

My partner and I help an open house down the road. On the way to the open house, we saw Factory Powersports. My partner has been looking to purchase quad for a new property she just purchased, so we came in to see what they carried. First off, the entrance to the parking lot is a little funky. They try to make it one way in and one way out. The parking lot entrance is actually around the corner on Carrillo St. (small side street) and the exit is on Cleveland Ave. (larger, main street). You would think the entrance would be on the larger street and exit on the smaller street, but it’s the opposite, so if you are driving on Cleveland Ave. towards College Ave. and miss Carrillo St., you will need to turn back around. As for the store itself, they have a good selection of motorcycles, power crafts, ATVs and accessories. The thing that this place is lacking is customer service. When you walk in, no one greets you. There was an employee sitting at the desk doing some paperwork, looks up as we walk in, but there was no greeting. As we were browsing the inventory, no one came by help or ask if we had questions. When we walked out, again no acknowledgement that we may be potential customers. I’m sure if they had better customers service, their business would be much better.
