Hello everyone I got scammed just spreading the word (Derick came out and looked at my car told me what was wrong with it explained I would have to talk to who was in charge for a estimate and they sent me one I paid $350 in two payments one for $200 one for $150 they said that they needed too be sent in two different payments which I did and I also have receipts so I used cash app like they said I could which they told me too send it too faith on wheels mechanic which I did and my appointment was on June 26th and they never showed up then they said tomorrow and that they wanted Derick to come back out since he knows my car and now they won’t even reply I just wanted my car fixed this is so upsetting and they are also going by gods mobile mechanics if they aren’t gonna fix my car I don’t understand why they didn’t send my money back please help share the word they are frauds

Well I messed up wiring on a 1994 g20 van. It was a mess. But after they got here and worked on it they fixed all the problems. Working on motors are common but wiring is a whole new ball game. I am Blessed and grateful I called them.

The job was done promptly and committed to it. After the oil pan gasket repair and oil change reset the air conditioner started working again. (Clutch engaged now) It was explained that a sensor could shut down air conditioner to lighten load on engine during oil change due or low oil. Which might have been the case as I had to add oil during leaking pan. Any way pleased with the repair and reset. Thanks.

Faith is what my sister had when she believed that Faith on Wheels was going to assist her with her transmission. Unfortunately, that is the furthest thing from the truth. After coming out to diagnose her transmission and giving her an estimate,they requested her to put what money she could down and they would begin pulling her transmission to begin the rebuilding process. After several no show appointments my sister began to question the situation. She now has been blocked from any communication!!! I understand that "things" happen,but if you're not going to complete the job,REFUND HER MONEY! Pretty sad for someone to be preaching faith & god and take advantage of an individual when they're at their worst.

Azier is very professional. More than prompt. He was early. He was honest enough to tell me I was better off taking my car to the dealership to be repaired. This is mid July 2020 - just in case we get passed this and people forget how much businesses are hurting during the pandemic... and turning someone away is a very big deal. We were traveling and had an issue with our truck. Time was of the essence as we were on a tight schedule. We contacted several local dealerships/mechanics who gave us a wait time of 2-4 days just to get a diagnosis. I called Derick and he had someone to us within an hour and a half. The diagnosis was a bit more complicated than we initially thought ( our own research via YouTube 😂) The response time, consideration for our predicament and effort put forth to get us up and running ASAP far exceeded my expectations. The mechanic was phenomenal, went above and beyond to check everything that could cause an issue down the road, gave us our options and his professional opinion. We trusted him 100%, could not have picked a better company to do the job. The rates were very affordable, we can’t thank Faith on Wheels enough! We highly recommend calling them first, thank you Derick and Tyler🙏🏻

My husband broke down while he was there, we live in roswell. We called to get them to do the free diagnostic and they said it was glow plugs. Told them fine to fix it and get us the total. Call back and they had replaced the batteries. This is a diesel. Ok let us know the total. Everytime we called they had decided it was something else wrong. My husband gave them a list of the things he had already changed on the truck and we wanted and asked for estimates b4 any work was to be done. Our phone calls were ignored and could never get a straight answer on the bill or estimates. After 2 weeks of getting the run around. We paid almost $3500 and my husband had to actually put it back together himself and it still doesn't run at all. When asked what the deal was he was told they arent diesel mechanics. Wow. I do not know how they can get by with this kind of service and bull s*^÷.
