I've been going to Family Wrench since 2015. My mother had been since 2009. Every person who works here has been honest with me. I always ask what's best for me and my car, and always an honest explanation is given. If I've ever felt that something got missed after leaving, they have been quick to address my concerns. I never expect the secretary to be a mechanic nor answer mechanic questions. That would be like asking a dog grommer to be knowledgeable of a warehouse operations, lol. I just patiently wait for the actual mechanic. While they are always booked, because of their service and prices, the wait has always been worth it to me. And now my aunt goes to here as well. Word of mouth, and she's satisfied as well. Thank you so much for being our family mechanic.

AMAZING! Love them! The staff was so friendly and understanding of my time constraints and budget. I didn’t feel pressured at all. My mechanic, John, is the best and I would recommend him to anyone. He was very transparent about cost and the time it would take to do my repair. When I went in with my friend to set up getting her car fixed, he was very clear about what he thought her issue was and checked us for understanding while he explained it. I have never had a more pleasant experience with any mechanic ever. 10/10 would recommend to anyone and boy howdy am I going to tell everyone to go here! We called to inquire about the price of getting our van looked at to see if the E break is engaged. The nice man, Aron, who answered the phone was super helpful and even gave up tips to check ourselves. He even let us pull up and came out to feel our rim to see if it was hot without charging us. Next time I need service on my van I will be calling here first!!

I was told I would need a new timing valve one place wanted me to pay $2,000 but this place was more than amazing. He said no come in the next day and we will run a diagnostic test on it and find out for sure that is the problem. True to his word he checked and it was just something simple…. I put to much oil in it and he flushed it and changed the oil at a more then fair price!!! I will be coming here for all my car needs! Especially an oil change!!!!!! DON’T GO ANYWHERE ELSE! Make an appointment and find out for yourself.

I really appreciate these mechanics at this family run business! They are very trustworthy and they do not lie to you about something that needs to be fixed! I’ve been dealing with Arron, which is very polite on the phone and very honest with his information and takes care of what I need to have done! And then Dave actually looked at it the other day and finished up the final problems! I highly recommend this family own business and will never be afraid of taking my vehicle to them for repairs!

I had a weird issue with my wife’s jeep. I took it here for a diag and I felt that they were very honest and did honest work. To start, the tech was up front that he wasn’t 100% sure the issue was what they thought and recommended I get a second opinion. That being said, they replaced a part which unfortunately didn’t fix the issue, but instead of charging me for the part and labor, they removed the part and put the old one back on and didn’t charge me anything. Shops like this are hard to come by where they genuinely do what’s best for the customer and don’t just make recommendations and or shotgun parts in and charge regardless.

This is now my go to shop. I took my older model car to multiple shops including the dealership and spent an insane amount of money trying to get this one problem fixed. I was literally at my wits end. Everytime i picked my car up the problem was still there. I researched various shops and decided to give this place a try. John who i believe is the owner explained everything to me and I felt confident in him. When i picked the car up i took it for a spin. It was finally fixed! I literally cried I was so relieved. I’ve taken a few of my cars here and I will continue. I have never felt like they were giving me the run around. The folks at Family Wrench have been straight forward & honest. They even helped me out big time by squeezing in an inspection same day super last minute. I would absolutely recommend them. I really couldn’t ask for anything more in a mechanic shop.

First time using Family Wrench. They were quick to answer my call early in the morning and help me get my car towed from the dealership to their shop due to my warranty not being able to cover the issue with my 2019 Acadia. They helped fixed my lateral link/bolt that gave out, ( I’m a woman so I could be saying this all wrong) and then sent my car to get an alignment. They kept me informed on what they were doing and what my options were. Went to pick up my car this morning and everyone was so welcoming. I definitely will be using them again in the future. I walked out paying less than what I would have at the dealership for what seemed to be an easy fix. Happy holidays to you Family Wrench and thank you once again for taking the time and helping me.
