They are incredibly knowledgeable, great at explaining things, and reasonable with people on a budget. I tend to be a little neurotic about my vehicles and they never make me feel like I am. Tow hitch and wiring harness was added to new vehicle in addition to protective products: door edging, side molding, rear bumper appliqué. Also running boards installed. Had some scary issues while on the freeway. Called AutoNation Honda which is where I bought my car and was told I couldn't be seen for weeks. After discussing that I was in a car that wasn't even a year old with a warranty and that it wouldn't be safe to drive they would not see me all for 2 weeks. I called Larry H Miller Honda and told them what was happening and that the issues were making it unsafe to drive and that the car was under factory warranty they got me right in. They gave me a car to drive. After doing all the things to diagnose it, it ended up having to have a completely new transmission put in. They kept me updated every day by phone and made me feel very taken care of. They will have my business from now on. Great staff and customer service. Comfortable waiting area and place for kids.

George, the service manager, explained to me exactly why my check engine light was on and what repairs and cost it would take to fix it. I had them do an oil change, as well. They usually offer to throw in a free car wash, too, but since it was 10° outside I don't think that was an option this time! George and his team are very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I definitely recommend using the Larry H Miller Downtown Honda service department.

I took my car in recently when I got a notice about a recalled part in the mail. Scheduling the initial inspection visit by phone was very quick and pleasant. They informed me while on the phone the first visit was just to check if I had the part being recalled and a second appointment would be needed for replacing the part. I waited at the service center during the visit (they estimate 2 hours for inspection) and after about 1.5 hours they informed me I did need the replacement and they had the parts in stock due to another customer they were meant for no longer needing them (other customer car was in an accident and car was totaled). They asked if I would like to replace the parts that day and estimated another 1.5 hours wait. I said yes. The whole time I spent at the service center was about 3 hours. They have a text update service and I used it to get a status update on my car near the end of the estimated time. Overall it was a pleasant and uneventful visit. Most other customers in the waiting area were fine though one male waiting did not have his mask up and was talking on his phone for about 40 minutes which was annoying.

Larry H Miller helped me find the cause of my code in my car. This was the 3rd shop I visited with the same issues and a long list of things we’d already tried. They found a unique cause and fixed the issue. I spent 3 months trying to locate the issue with other shops. We had it in and fixed in a matter of about a week. Myron was my advisor, he kept in great contact with me and put up with my terrible attitude and sense of humor about the situation. Tyler was my tech and he was the one who found the root of the issue. Thank you for making it easy to deal with your company and thank you for finally fixing my car’s check engine light. Made the appointment for recall repair easily. Check in went well. They called about 2 other services they wanted to do, but I declined. I did not receive a call to say the car was ready. When I got back to the shop to check on it, they said it was waiting for the 2 services that I declined. Took a while for them to figure out where my car was. Turned out, it was ready but fell through the cracks. Service people were very polite and helpful.

Exceptional Service from Brad, Brad went above and beyond to provide exceptional service when we took our car in for maintenance. We encountered an unexpected issue while rushing to take our kids to school, and upon contacting the service department, Brad immediately assured us to bring it in. True to his word, we arrived at the dealership in less than 15 minutes, and Brad wasted no time in attending to our car. Impressively, Brad made a promise to have our car ready by the time we needed to pick up our children from school and drive them to their various after-school activities. I had a great experience working with Nils and Andrew! I went in for my regular oil change, and Andrew got everything going promptly and with care. He went above and beyond by taking time out of his busy day to share info about tire rotations, which expanded my knowledge in a supportive way. This is the second time that I got to work with Nils, and he once again went above and beyond with top notch service. My perception of dealerships in the past was that they try to push more services than are needed. I never feel this way with Nils as he takes the time to explain recommendations, hear what is within my limited budget, and connect with me as a human (not just a customer).
