These guys are by far the best. I've been buying tires here for 15 years. Johnny is the best, always extremely helpful and friendly. I have never once had a bad experience in all the years using them. I highly recommend finish line for all your tire and automotive needs. And no I do not work there

I was nervous about taking my car in to the shop because it had been a while since I had it serviced, and I knew I had some problems to deal with. I finally brought my car in here and I'm happy I did. It wasn't nearly as expensive as I thought it would be! They also showed me which items I should plan on replacing over the next year or so and how much it would cost. Both the guy behind the counter and the service guy were really friendly and seemend like knew what they were doing. Not pushy at all. Overall it was a really good experience. I feel like I found a place I can trust.

Called in around 4:30 to ask for a new tire, the guy quoted me $80, I told him I would be there tomorrow morning because they close at 5 and I have a flat, and he told me that if I wanted the tire tomorrow I had to go pay a $50 deposit today. I told him that I’ve ordered and purchased several tires from them without ever paying a deposit before and he said, “you want the tire tomorrow, you have to pay me today”. I tried explaining that I couldn’t be there today because of the flat, and asked if there was anyway I could pay the deposit over the phone or online, and he said that they only take cash deposits. 🤷🏾‍♂️

This shop has very poor customer service. I took my car in for a diagnostic check , due to the car misfiring and to replace my headlight connector . The mechanic comes back & tells me the car is running great , their are no check engine lights or anything. So of course , I believed it & processed payment for their services. Later that evening , my car started overheating & I called the shop & the owner tells me " The car is fine , the car has too catch up after being reset " I said ok no problem. The next morning , the car overheats again. So I took it to the shop and the owner tells me " the car is fine , don't worry ". I did just that , I left from the shop and the car started overheating and smoke came out the hood. I called the shop , to ask why they reassured me the car was fine but it was overheating? & The owner started yelling, and being very unprofessional. Yet I still took the car back to the shop and he reassured the car had no problem and just being completely sarcastic telling me to check his ratings . Well I did & they are not a 5 star rating . That was my mistake for giving this shop a chance!!! Shout out to Johnny's Radiator and Auto Repair , they found the problem with My car that should have been detected when they did a diagnostic here.

Awesome staff, accommodated me last minute and we're straight up in what was needed prior to me getting the alignment the vehicle needed. Suggested I replace a failed item before alignment to ensure it's correctness... Truly honest and put the customer first.. recommend these guys to everyone. You will be taken care of here

I went to get work done on my Lincoln. I paid just about $2000 for the service. I got a wheel alignment that still does it feel like a wheel alignment was even done. I got my front shocks fixed in the front. I was supposed to not hear this noise in my car I brought it back the next day. I’m still hearing the same clicking they said that they fixed the clicking noise isn’t fixed at all Has not been the same since I can’t go over 40 miles I have like 20 codes appearing on my diagnose that never happened to me before apparently something was left unplugged or something I caught the manager on Wednesday and asked can I bring it in told him the problem told me he was busy Wednesday Thursday to come Friday morning when I arrived this morning he told me it was first come first serve and there was already two people ahead of me and I should’ve came at 7 o’clock when the doors open now I’m stuck with a broken down car that I paid $2000 for overall bad service he appeared to be nice when I was getting the work done but since there’s an issue he didn’t care

I bought new tires with road hazard for my Honda....this morning one of the tires was flat....I took it back in to have warranty.....they removed tire and showed me screw in tire and damage to side wall of tire and told me they won't warranty the tire .. That I must have hit a rock.....at that time I told the jerk behind counter that I didn't agree and that they would lose a customer.....he yelled at me and told me that he didn't need customers like me..... In front of the whole shop....so I took to a different shop... when they removed the tire from the rim they found the object in the tire did ruin the sidewall from inside and that it should be a road hazard Plz don't trust them to take care of customers....they don't value their customers.....my next call is the BAR..... .UPDATE....I called the manufacturer they informed me tire was covered even if I hit a rock.. .and quote....thats what road Hazard is for....they are handling it thru America tire..should have bought tires from America's tire ...they honor there warranty and respect there customers

I came here on a referral from a friend. At the time I only needed a repair. The older gentleman working there (and apparently only one of two people). Said it would be at least an hour just to look. He really didn't want to give me the time. I won't come back to the shop. The main reason I'm leaving a review is to let him know that I went down the street and was able to get my tire fixed and also went ahead, and ordered some new tires. Too many small businesses do not want our business. I'm just glad we have choices. I won't mention the name of the other tire shop, but they will get five stars.
