Very professional shop, took some tires and rims I purchased up there for evaluation about going on my vehicle. They were honest and told me the specific tires would make my truck sound noisy. They didn’t try to sell me anything which I appreciated. They looked over my current tires and suggested an alignment judging by the wear on them. Even though I did not need their services this time, I have used them before and have always been happy.

Went in to this store with no appointment and the service manager Orlando was able to squeeze my car in and get all of its issues fixed with no problems. Orlando went above and beyond to make sure that I understood what needed to be fixed and what should be fixed. I will definitely be taking my car back there again. He was very knowledgeable and very friendly and helpful as was all of the staff. They did not do high pressure sales tactics which I found to be a relief. Orlando took the time to explain without making me feel like I was a fish out of water when it comes to car mechanics. Definitely give him and his crew 5 out of 5 stars 🌟🌟

Got me right in when nobody else would this day, replaced 2 tires for me and got me on my way! They helped me out once before on a tire mavis repaired and ruined repairing it a few years ago. Its hard for me to trust shops (I owned a speed shop for years before retiring and now a snow bird here in Fl) so Im kinda picky on how things should be done.. but this firestone does a great job, sent my uncle here as well last year for some work on his truck and they did a great job, not the cheapest but they do quality work.

Best experience I have ever had fixing my car! Orlando Ortiz is THE MAN. He was very knowledgeable about cars with his 30 years experience in mechanical work. Not only did him and his team do a great job but the service was very FAST (2 hours for new rotors, brake pads, etc.) The deals they have are also very generous so don’t expect to over pay for anything here. Just wanted to leave a review (which I never do) because the exceptional service is definitely a game changer and deserves recognition. I was returning home from errands when my battery light indicator came on my dashboard. I thought I had plenty of time to take care of this but within 10 minutes of the warning light, my vehicle began to shudder as I tried to accelerate after sitting at a stop light. That was clear to me that my alternator was shot, and I needed to find a service garage quickly. Fortunately, I was close to the Spring Hill, Firestone Tire and Service Garage. Orlando saw me pull in and assured me that they will get me up and running, safely again. I needed a new alternator and battery, and Orlando had his team work on my vehicle immediately. Since my Honda Pilot was already on the lift being worked on, I had the coolant and brake fluids flushed and replaced. I cannot say thank you enough for how quickly they were able to get to my emergency, do the work and then get me safely back on the road again, despite a busy garage. From an old lady’s perspective, I must share that the service bay area was so clean and spotless you could have eaten off it. That tells me that Orlando and Firestone take pride in this location.

I highly recommend this location! Everyone was super friendly from the moment I walked in. I explained my situation from the Cortez location, and they were more than happy to help me out. They made sure my alignment was covered under warranty and even put my splash pad on for free! At the Cortez location, they wanted to charge me an extra $50 even though I was told over the phone it would be free. I highly recommend this location and suggest staying far, far away from the Cortez location!

Nail in my tire (previously purchased from this location). After about an hour, I was informed that I needed new tires and that the tire was unable to be repaired for a reason I was not able to understand. I have to say that in my opinion this particular location has degraded overall. The feeling I had was that the "electricity" had gone out of the staff. In a nutshell, I won't be purchasing my tires from this location, and although I've has excellent service from my Firestone tires, they aren't worn to the rub bars, still very serviceable and certainly don't require replacement. I'll plug the tire myself, even though I purchased coverage with the new tires. Secondly, I brought my vehicle in to get the steering wheel indexed after an accident. The shop performed an alignment and the steering wheel was still "off" about 5 degrees. I returned the vehicle. Another alignment, same results. I took elsewhere and with a Steering Angle Sensor reset I was good to go. I was out $125.00

Great place to take your car! The guys are the best! Trustworthy and knowledgeable! Alex, (possibly manager?) was Awesome! I was visiting from out of town and had an issue with my Audi. A/C wasn’t blowing cold anymore and it didn’t like the Florida heat (I’m from way up north.) I talked with Alex, he recommended what I should do and was knowledgeable, honest and just puts off a great vibe! I Myself has many years of mechanical experience and I completely agreed with him 100%. He got the car in, got it recharged and an A/C line repaired quick. I was back on the road in no time with ice cold A/C! I highly recommend this place and on a return trip in spring I will be getting tires from them! 5 stars all day!

I thought I had reviewed Firestone, but I guess I missed it. I went there today with a nail in my tire and they did a great job of fixing it. I had been there before with the same manager. Jacob the manager took care of adding some antifreeze to my car before. I find them to be very nice and trustworthy. Great job y'all and BTW, thanks for the complimentary Keurig Donut shop coffee. I will return to this shop!!🎅😊
