Shout out to these outstanding gentlemen here i did i emergency move last minute our car broke down in the middle of the highway in the mountains i was able to get it to them there was oil everywhere we recently had a oil change but seems like the filter was never change and it seemed to have a crack in it. These gentlemen were soon to close the store but Thanks to multiple of them stepping up they were able to complete a oil change and with no leaks. Thanks to them me and my sister were able to make it home to FL we were long ways and didnt have enough money to stay in town. We will forever be grateful.

I don't often leave reviews, buy I felt this visit warranted one. I took my car in because it felt wonky. As a woman, I always walk into shops hesitant and expecting someone to try to pull a fast one on me. Tyson was at the front desk and was welcoming and kind. He took the time to listen to what I was experiencing and recommended appropriate services. I was the only one waiting in the store at the time and he showed me to the waiting area and turned on the TV so I'd have something to watch while I waited. Once my service was complete, Tyson was again very pleasant when it came time to pay my bill. I applaud Tyson for being a hard working polite young man. I wish there were more like him. I hope y'all appreciate the great employee that he is.

I made an appointment at 10am and didn’t get in until 11:30am just for them to inform me they aren’t even able to repair my tire. I am confused as to why there’s an option to make appointments if they aren’t even able to get me in until an hour and a half later. Horrible. Condescending. And a big waste of time. Would give zero stars if it were an option.

On Dec. 4, I was almost at my destination in downtown Chattanooga from Ooltewah when my oil pressure light came on. The nearest location for an oil change was the Firestone Store on Market Street. They politely told me they did not do oil changes on my make of car. The technician then topped off my oil tank for free so I could make it safely home!

The manager has set the culture of the shop as extremely helpful, courteous, efficient, and easy going. They have helped me with everything from quickly executed regular maintenance to "I need this tire fixed now; I'm supposed to be on the road to Atlanta already and I just woke up to a flat tire!"
