Wait times are reasonable for the services provided. The team members always keep you updated about what’s going on with your car. Advice is provided in a manner that doesn’t make you feel forced to get it done right away if it’s something that can wait. My only recommendation is that they place a vending machine or have coffee available, just something for the people who have to wait for their cars.

I finished replacing all of my suspension parts over 3 day period and then took my vehicle in to the Firestone off of 124th and spoke to Kevin, the manager. They followed through with exactly what I needed done, which was the alignment after I did all the other work. The price was very fair and I got the extended warranty version. They also pointed out a couple of other problems that I was very aware of after doing the other work. I appreciated the honesty as they did not try and tell me things were wrong with my vehicle that were not. After the test drive home I can assure you, a very fair price and very good workmanship and I'm a happy man. Thanks Kevin and the guys at Firestone.

This place knows what they are doing! This shop was the fourth place I’ve been to today, and they were finally the ones who gave me clear answers and a real plan to help my vehicle issues. I’m not very knowledgeable about cars, but they took the time to explain everything in a way that actually made sense to me. They walked me through all the steps, answered every question I had, and made sure I fully understood what was going on before moving forward. I really appreciated their patience, honesty, and thoroughness. Highly recommend if you’re feeling overwhelmed or unsure about your car issues. I wish I stopped at this place first!

Kevin and Staff, Totem Lake Firestone December 3, 2025 As manager, Kevin insures all people entering the office are greeted in a friendly and polite manner. As I was waiting at the counter, Kevin answered questions and gave advice to customers as to what service needed to be done. The store is not high pressure, but positive and professional. After I had tires changed to my winter tires, the low air light came on. I called and Kevin answered and when I told him the issue, he said come back so we can look at it. I did so, and technician was made available and the problem addressed. I drove a few miles today on errand and no issues. This is the confidence people have in this Firestone. Responsive, professional, quick, and cost effective. I had an extended maintenance plan for my car, so I took it in to the dealership for the last free service. The inspection turned up other work that needed doing (new battries, a cracked support for the engine etc). I got a quote from the dealer and then turned straight around and went to Firestone. They completed the work quickly and for about half the price. Now that I'm done with prepaid maintenance, I will be bypassing the dealership entirely and just going to Firestone.

This Kirkland Firestone is absolutely amazing- hands down, every time. Kevin and Clinton are rockstars, and I will not take my car anywhere else!! I trust them completely because they are honest, have integrity, and are incredibly knowledgeable when it comes to cars. They know more about my Honda Civic than the techs at the Honda dealership. Today I came in for both the front and rear brakes, and there was a delay in the parts arriving to do the job. Instead of an hour delay, they pivoted, switched vendors, got the parts in, and Ruben completed the brake job in an incredibly timely manner. Talented techs and great customer service are so rare in this industry. Really appreciate the team at Kirkland Firestone!! 😊

Do not go here, they lied to me, they told me my car was in great condition except the brakes to which I decided to let me them replace them (800 bucks almost) and two weeks later, the car is non functional telling me to “Check the brake system”, I had to get my car towed and once I go back, they tell me the car needs a new battery (despite the current one being at most one year old and THEY TELLING ME ONLY TWO WEEKS AGO battery and oil were fine), after spending on a new battery and towing truck (500 bucks or so), on the VERY NEXT DAY that they “fixed” whatever was wrong with my car, it stops working again, I ended up being scare of this Firestone full of liars and took it to another one on Redmond and looks like the RADIATOR needed to be replace along which a bunch of other things and now I have to pay almost 4k to get it all repair. If the people from Firestone Kirkland would have told me I need to replace oil, coolant, whatever, anything I’d have said yes, but they only said my brakes needed replacement, the rest was “checked and acceptable”. To add, do not trust their chat system, they said they were going to create a case for me and ended up being ignore as well. Only lawyers or settlement seems the only way now to recover the money, days of work and time I have lost.

I had a screw in the front tire of my '24 F-150 Lightning and had figured it wasn't repairable because it was close to the side of the tire. I went in fully ready to buy a complete set of tires. Dennis, the tech working on my truck, pointed out that it was absolutely possible to patch that tire. Half an hour later I was back on the road, and he even put the spare back under the truck where it's stored after re-mounting the fixed tire. They could've sold me a full set of tires and I wouldn't have been any the wiser, but did the right thing and guaranteed that when I *do* need a full set of tires, I'll be buying them from this store. Thanks again!

Excellent customer service!! My mother’s car wouldn’t start so they loaned me a jump starter battery pack to take to her place. Once we got the car started and I took her car in, I was planning to pay for the installation of a new battery, but instead, they tested the voltage on the battery first. It had a pretty good reading so they charged it for another 15-10 minutes and then tested it again and it was back up to 100%! We didn’t end up having to switch out the battery and they didn’t charge me anything for their time and service! I will definitely be going back there for my auto service needs.

Last night my check engine light came on, I was very surprised. I have a BMW x5 that a little over a year ago needed a whole new engine. BMW said it would be a week before I could bring it to the shop for diagnostic/service. I didn’t want to take the risk of driving around, I called Firestone. Kevin told me I could bring it in to have the codes ran. It’s a good thing he, Leo and Alex were there to help - the car is once again toast and should not be driven. These are the kind of people the world needs more of - so helpful, kind and professional. I highly recommend and am so grateful for them.
