The Cantrell Firestone is so pleasant clean friendly and always have coffee ready. The Firestone downtown 3rd Chester is terrible always dirty no coffee/water no decorations ๐ข on wall it looks like no one cares; look like a condemn building ๐ WOW what a difference in the two stores. So sad and depressing. One store gets everything and the other store gets nothing! Thank you for your service and for reading my concerns. Be safe ๐

3 hours later. Getting tires. HAD a doctor appointment that was missed after being told several times, "almost done." Its just tires! Only 2 other customers in waiting. 5 employess in bay, 2 inside. If you have all day and nothing else to do but sit, this is the place to be! The tires that were put on are NOT the tires that were specifically asked for! No one is in a hurry nor cares that youre from out of town & cant leave your vehicle. ๐ก Ridiculous!

I was given an estimate of 1hour based on 2 people ahead of me. One of the two people left because they couldnโt find her lugnut key, and my car was not worked on next. I assume because of the 8AM appointment that arrived. They finished the appointment up, next thing you know, the lady returned informing them the lugnut key was there all along. & what do you know? They expedite her car before mine. Of which, is quite understandable since I overheard her state she arrived before the store opened. But, whatโs crazy is how the store has the inability to triage situations that enter the shop. I simply needed my tire checked for a nail or something & they couldโve let me know if Iโd have to wait for repair in the event it wasnโt a simple plug. So, I waited 2 hours for a 20 minute fix. Because thatโs how long it took to fix my tire. Of which, I wasnโt formally told what was wrong. He just asked me if I had a FS card w/o assessing the fact I had hazard protection. He blamed it on me for not telling him, but at that point I felt entire experience lacked proper communication so I expected to be communicated with before trying to charge me. He apologized for being rude in the end, but this is yet and still my experience and time spent.

I've been coming to Firestone for autocare for a while. The service is good and the staff are friendly. The only thing I don't always enjoy is their tendency to push service upgrades after inspections. I always appreciate them catching issues, like a nail in the tire, and noting other things that might need to be done, but I often feel pressure to make on the spot decisions. That said, they always do a good job and I'm always happy with the level of service and care they take through the process.

If I could leave more than 5 stars I definitely would. Not many young people are helpful, respectful, and professional but Juan changed my outlook on that too because itโs still some that are! Great experience overall! Needed to get my car battery replaced and was able to set up an appointment the same day I called. They were kind enough to go get the battery I needed from a local shop before I arrived as well. I had significant calcification on my old battery but it only took them about an hour to complete everything. They even automatically applied coupons at the register without me having to ask and my total was exactly the same as what I was quoted over the phone, no hidden fees. If I have any other car concerns, Iโll certainly be back!
